We bought these in 2T for my 12 month old. We expected them to be loose but they fit him really well. For size reference, he is pretty skinny, he wears 18 month clothes for the length but 12 month fit better around his waist. So while were happy with the fit, I dont think they will last until hes in 2T clothes. Now, as far as actually usage goes, these are great but a little too absorbent. These easily hold a normal sized pee for my little guy with minimal wicking on to other things as long as we change him quickly. Part of the learning process is that they feel the wetness. I dont think these feel that different than using a cloth diaper for my child, but I do think it allows me to notice when hes wet quicker than a diaper and get him to the potty and changed. So while I dont think these are the absolute best for potty training, I do think they do a good job containing accidents when you need them. We typically use underwear when hes running around playing and then use his trainers when hes napping or in the high chair. I would definitely recommend these.

Used these for potty training toddler. They have the feel of underwear but more absorbent. In our case, Pull Ups we’re too absorbent and my toddler treated them like diapers. These are perfect for outings because it’s likely that pee won’t completely mess their outfit. Poop is difficult to manage in these for sure. No snap sides or anything. I was able to potty train in these but with the safety of absorbency. The teachers at the preschool love them, too! They wash well without much shrinking.

First of all, these are THE potty training underpants to get. Second of all, dont get the ones with the snap. 2.5yr old complains that the snaps are not comfortable under his pants. Just get the regular undie style. Things we like: - after using these for approx. a week, he pretty much stopped peeing himself - they capture a lot of liquid if there is a true accident - definitely captures little leaks if hes laughing / excited - weve cleaned a few poos out of them, and not that difficult - quite stain resistant, although youll want to clean the mess immediately (TIP: use oxiclean stain spray!) - he gets practice doing big boy underpants (again, no need for the snaps) We got 2 sets of 6 and that has been ample for the week if youre doing the baby laundry once or twice a week. Happy potty training!

I gave this 3 stars not because of a lack of quality but because of misinformation on the website. I ordered the size “4-6” and received a 4T. All the other ones were labeled as T, so I assumed these were boys sized and larger than toddler sized ones. I was wrong. The size “4-6” are 4T. I received the item and needed it the next day so I had to wash them. I contacted the company and this was their response. Hello friend, Thanks for your purchase in our store and we have replied to you on Amazon. Your order item is right, our potty training pants size: 12-24 Months is 12-24 Months; 2T is 2-3T(2-3 years); 3T is 3-4T(3-4 years); 4T is 4-6T(4-6 years); 5T is 5-7T(5-7 years). As the weight and height of children aged 5-7 are just a little different, we recommend that you select the appropriate size based on their weight and height.

Big Elephant cotton training pants work well for potty training purposes, despite some flaws. Very comparable to MooMoo cotton training pants. The sizing of the MooMoo training pants is better, but the wear of the fabric of the Big Elephant training pants is better. STARS: *Cute designs that are fun for kids. *Follow the size chart based on weight and height. *Absorbent. They have worked nicely for potty training and accidents. *Less thick than other training pants I have ordered and tried. More like actual underwear for toddlers rather than a thick diaper feeling. *Colors haven’t faded too bad after after many washings (I washed with all natural soap in warm or hot water and dried on medium. *No pilling of fabric, unlike MooMoo training pants. DRAWBACKS: *They do absorb and hold liquid, but the layer of waterproof material doesn’t really prevent the liquid from soaking through to the cotton layer on the front. *The waist and leg elastic/cotton seemed to shrink with washing and has was much tighter after the first wash. *The sizing between each of the underwear varies (see photos). They either were made this way or certain pairs shrunk when washed (they were all washed the same). *Cotton wearing away and exposing elastic waistband.

These are some of the few thicker layered training pants that have larger sizes. They are super absorbent and fairly easy to get off and on. If they just wet a little they will keep other clothes dry. But a full pee will leak through easily. They do shrink up a bit in the wash. Maybe hanging to dry would help.

These were just the thing we needed to help swap our child off of diapers and get him potty trained. He adapted so quickly, and now I can even use unpadded underwear. The only downside was that these are handwash only, and youve got to lay them flat to dry. A little tough to do in our tiny apartment, but manageable.

These potty training undies are super soft and absorbent!! Our little guy really likes them and we love that his accidents never touch the floor. This is a definite yes for us!!

My 3 year old has been daytime potty trained for many months, but was still wearing a diaper at night. He would wake up dry most mornings, occasionally wets in his sleep. I was tired of going through so many disposables. Even the environmentally friendly disposables are still wasteful. These underwear were a great solution He was excited to wear them. They are not absorbing enough for him to release a full bladder, but enough to absorb a little urine and feel wet and then wake and go potty. He wears them with sweatpants and we have a mattress protector too. I would not put these on a little one under the age of three overnight. I don’t feel like two year olds are ready to wake and go potty in the night. I feel like they would wet them fully and you would have a mess to clean up.

Ordered those for my 2 year old boy. They are nice but they do shrink. My son is not a chubby toddler and while most pants are to loose these were too tight after washing with delicate program. So I wish I ordered size bigger. Also, one pair came looking like used, had brown stripes inside and even though I sent the feedback to their email right away about it, no one ever got back to me, so a bit disappointing. Otherwise, good alternative for diapers or normal underwear for the transition period. They do leak but will still help to keep things cleaner for training days.
