I purchased this with the intent to use it on summer nights with the wife, surprise to me when used in hot weather the screen washes out with a giant hot spot and is unwatchable. And I the weather didn’t get warm enough to find out until the return window closed. If you live in the southwest don’t bother. Update* The customer service reached out to me and opted to send me a new unit to replace the one I’m having issues with free of charge. They were very graceful in handling the situation and pending the new device’s performance I’m upgrading my rating to a 4/5 based on customer service.

I bought this for church related activities and for personal use like watching movies. It’s good picture quality just be careful not to lose the little screw thing at the bottom because I already did. Overall a good buy and no problems with it

This product saved me so much money instead of buying a brand new tv! The picture is surprisingly very clear and you can adjust the size of the screen by moving it forward and backward. I bought a chrome cast separately and I can stream Netflix Hulu etc! It also comes with a remote and projector screen which is great. Audio installed as well to speakers so I didn’t have to purchase those separately. Greatest investment I made this year and I can hold off from buying a television.

Bright enough for morning and evening viewing, but washes out in afternoon viewing. Really good picture quality. Did have a problem with movies from directly attached hard drive, no sound.

If you’re considering buying this product go ahead and BUY IT! I bout it for entertaining my kids for movie nights with their friends. It is perfect for the purpose. Picture is clear and bright! I don’t have much experience with projectors, but I’m impressed and excited about this product! If you want to connect your phone (that’s what I do) make sure to by a converter because it does not come with it. Overall satisfied with my purchase!

I previously scored this product low as it quit working and was stuck on the logo screen. The fix was having to get a USB and download a file. I think they should have provided the USB but its whatever. Once I got the file loaded on, it worked and has been working great ever since.

***UPDATE***After using for about a week, the red color was sorta bleeding through other colors and especially where bright whites should have shined. Its a shame, cause as mentioned in my 1st initial review, this projector is bright and doesnt heat up your room. This projector is actually very impressive. Vivid picture. Watchable even during daylight hours with blinds closed and ambient light. Is it a dlp 1080p quality? No. However, its clarity and brightness, along with less watt usage and heat (doesnt heat up your room), makes this projector more preferable. Cons: 1) I have to raise the projector higher on the wall to view the image on the screen and not the floor and bottom wall. (No problem, used an extendable ceiling mount) 2) I have the projector as far back as I can in my room (115) and it doesnt fill my 120 screen. Pros: Bright, vivid colors, no heat (after 48hrs continuous use) numerous settings to adjust to my liking, very affordable. Comes with screen (already have a 120 fixed frame so I cant comment about the included screen) Bluetooth connectivity I have purchased many projectors over the past few years looking for what suits my needs.(great day or night picture, low heat production, HDMI input, low power consumption,no more bulb replacements) this projector more than meets those expectations. I packed up my 330watt dlp 1080p projector and will be using this BIGASUO B-509 as the replacement. I will update this review as needed. Highly recommend this projector to anyone looking to buy a projector for home entertainment.

The focus of this projector is as advertised, much sharper than the ones with just 720p native resolution, and the entire frame is in focus and clear, not just the center. Ive tested another brand that just couldnt get all parts of the picture to focus and it was very frustrating and tiring for the eyes. Not a problem for this projector. Sounds loud and clear as well. Can be a bit faint in very bright light, although its not an issue for me as I dont use it in bright daylight. Menu options are easy to navigate using either buttons on the machine or the remote, and the picture zoom function is real handy and flexible. Knocked off one star because even though they claim to reply to customer emails within 12 hours, Ive sent two emails to customer service in the past week and have still yet to receive any reply, and both emails have well exceeded the 12-hour window by now. Makes me wonder how well theyll respond to warranty requests.

The projector itself is really good for the price range. I used it for a while on my apartment wall but after a few months I started noticing a right blue halo on the projection that just got larger with time. Now if I try to project it to my wall the halo is so bright the images are so washed out its hard to see. I have to turn it to my side wall and watch sideways from my couch to see the images in a much shorter range (and smaller picture)

I am super impressed with this projector! The sound quality is theater like. The picture quality is great especially in the dark.
