> 3 dayFirst off, the mouse pad is good quality and the lights look great. The design looks amazing. But, there seems to be quality control issues with the plug/receiver. The lights won’t turn on unless the plug is positioned in the connection a certain way. I ended up taping the wire down to keep it in this position. It’s a problem but not one I feel like going through return process to remedy. The tape isn’t noticeable on my wood desk and it hides under the top of the desk anyways.
