I first learned about BioSilk from the stylist who trimmed my hair. At the time, I had waist length fine gray hair. Because of the length and texture, my hair tangled terribly when washed. I used to use lots of conditioner and still struggled to comb it out. I explained this to my stylist before she washed my hair. She used a conditioner; but, in my opinion, not nearly enough. Imagine my surprise when, after towel drying my hair and using a quarter-sized squirter of something (the BioSilk) she was able to comb through my hair with NO TANGLES ! I do not notice an odor or fragrance to the product, but is worked magic on my tangles and left my hair silky and lovely.

Leaves my hair soft, manageable and shiny.

I have used this product for over 10 years. My last bottle lasted me about 4 years (same size). When they say a dime size amount they ARE NOT kidding. The smallest amount does an amazing job. I, personally, have very frizzy and curly hair and live in Florida where the humidity is no joke. I straighten my hair 1-2 times every 10 days or so. It works great even when I decide not to straighten it, but you can really tell a major difference when it’s straight as opposed to it not being straightened. Without this my hair frizzes out and is just a hot mess. I honestly cannot say one bad thing about it. The only thing you have to look out for is the amount you use. In this products case. Less is so much more. If you use too much your hair will become SUPER greasy and you kind of have to start from scratch. So don’t overdue it! Hope this helps!!

Smells good and works to keep hair from getting frizzy

I have purchased other shining serums but none compares to Biosilk! And the smell is just heavenly! I always get the most compliments about how my hair looks and smells when I use Biosilk. None of the other products I have purchased in the past come close, including Paul Mitchells skinny serum, which I would say is a runner-up but Biosilk overall wins.

I put this on my hands and rub it through the ends of my hair and on up about halfway to my head and then my brush glides through effortlessly My hair is about 2 and 1/2 ft long and very thick so it definitely is important to have a good detangler I can put this in a spray bottle and mix it with a cheap detangler liquid and shake it up and its just amazing stuff, I love it!!! Please dont stop making this!
