Bird Kabob 8-1/2-Inch Carnival Chewable Perch

My parakeets love these. But theyre pretty pricey - too bad they only last a day in my house.

My birds love this Kabob so i give it 5 stars. They actually get a bit too obsessive over it and it does make a mess around the cage as the birds throw the pieces all over.

I have purchased two of them. They get to sit on the swing and shred all the disks. One of their favorite toys! I will buy again when these are totally destroyed

I have bought several of these over the 2 or so years Ive had my two love birds. They LOVE LOVE LOVE this thing ... they tear it up until there is nothing left to shred ... keeps them very busy and very happy. Every time they get down to just the string left I buy them a new one. It does take them several months to shred it completely.

The only problem was the sets contained some blocks my parakeet found too difficult to pick apart; mostly dyed ones.

Its quite large, I tried placing it in the cage, but the bird freaked out. I remembered what my daughter had said about hanging new toys outside the cage first. After three days of hanging outside the cage, I placed the perch in the cage. It wasnt long before lovebird started shredding it. I havent seen her actually perch on the toy though.
