Want refund. I just was ready to mail card and the candle doesnt light.

Terrible card. It looked beat up and that it had been through a lot, and the music wouldn’t play. They said they would replace the card but never replaced it.

The card didn’t work. No music no lights. Too late for a replacement. So disappointing, and embarrassing since it was my wifes birthday! You cant open them to check them in the house since they are supposed to make noise. Every card like this that I have purchased before worked fine.
