BISSELL® Featherweight™ PowerBrush Vacuum, 2773A Gray

I got this for my wife, as she hates to vacuum, so I thought with the great reviews and with this being a name brand, light weigh, and with the Company BISSLE having been around for years, it would be awesome right? WELL YOU WOULD BE WRONG!! :-( It turned on, but the brushes didnt spin, so it only picked up a few things and left most of the stuff on the floor! Needless to say....She Hated It!!!! Am returning tomorrow.

I have used vac a few times. Seems to pick up dirt as expected on hardwood floors. No problem on small area rugs. I have noticed a loud sound, like a Star Wars laser, no other way I can think to describe, unless the vac is up right. I am worried that it might be the motor. Anyone else experience this?

This is such a versatile vacuum! The beater brush does such a better job on carpets than my last hand held. My last one just relied on suction. The beater brush is a big bonus! It snaps together and un snaps very easily, and compacts down to a small footprint. Feels sturdy. Super long cord, and comes with a small crevice tool. Easy to empty the bag-less storage. Quality built. I am super pleased with my purchase. I use this in my RV and if you have a RV, you understand how dirty it gets, and so fast! This is perfect for an RV!

I bought this vacuum for my daughters college dorm. She has been VERY happy with the vacuum. Its small, compact and good suction for hard flooring and also for the carpet that she has in her room. It is perfect for her small dorm room. Very happy with the purchase.

The dirt cup is so small you have to empty it every use. A plastic cover fell off in a month. It still works, but I cant give it a 5 star.

this was my third try at finding a small, lightweight vacuum to quickly tidy up the kitchen and dining area where we have wood floor and small throw rugs. Finally I found this one which is exactly what I was hoping for. It is light, quiet and does the job very well. I highly recommend it, especially at this price.

Bought this so I didnt have to lug out the big canister vacuum for quick cleanups. Works well and really is lightweight. Suction is very good. I deducted one star because it feels a little flimsy and cheap, but it actually is fine overall.

This is a great vacuums for light cleaning. Super lightweight and no too loud. Picks up pretty well to be small and cleans up pet hair.

This was a great vacuum for my needs. I use it in my kitchen and bathrooms once or twice a week. This morning I noticed the brush no longer spun, so I tried to take it apart to clean the hair off the roller. It was impossible to take apart without my power drill because the screws were tightened too much in the factory. Im pretty sure the motor that powers the brush is burnt out, and the cost to replace just that part is ¾ of what I paid for the whole vacuum.
