23-11-2024Im that dumb person who put in New carpet, then got a puppy. Not smart, I know. I had to buy this for.obvious reasons. I gave 4 stars because the suction could be better. I dont think it pulls from.the depths of the carpet pad. But, this is great for cleaning up puppy pee pee spots just after they happen. I use an enzyme urine spray after spot cleaning to really eliminate smells and lingering urine. Having this little carpet cleaner will help.ky carpet last longer. I also tried it on spots on my couch and it works great for that as well! Thats a bonus.

> 3 dayThis thing works very well at getting stains out. I use it for home furnishings and automobile interiors. The sample bottles of shampoo will last for about 4 uses each. Do your research to determine which shampoo you will need. A pretreatment spray makes crusty stains easy to conquer. It even removed a small inkjet printer ink stain that I thought was permanent. Unfortunately, I always have too much shampoo solution left over - but I would rather have to much than not enough. Also it is pretty loud during use.

> 3 daySaw several reviews when searching for this product that mentioned suction being terrible. Unbelievable!!! The thing will suck my dogs water bowl dry in a second!!! The suction doesn’t feel huge on your hand because it’s a real thin line made to suck water deep down in carpet. Make no mistake it takes work to get all the water out you must push hard and make multiple passes. When used properly this machine is absolutely awesome!!! I use it for my new puppy’s, when they have a accident I immediately clean it up and you never know it happened 1 hour later it’s completely dry. Makes it so easy and I love it. I have my concerns about always keeping it full but so far so good. I’m thinking about using distilled water to help keep any internal corrosion to a minimum. 1 year of use and so far so good. I do not put the hose up in the location it’s meant to be due to the many reviews of the hose splitting because of the angle it puts it in when not in use. I used a zip tie to make it hang a bit lower when not in use. Found that idea right here in the reviews with pics that show what I’m talking about. SEPTEMBER 3rd 2022 Still going strong, used almost everyday and at one point multiple times per day. My unit so far has survived raising 2 puppy’s from day 1. 1st pup 4 weeks old and now over a year, 2nd pup 10 weeks and now almost 5 months old. Almost to the point where I’ll be able to actually store unit between uses by completely emptying every use. As of now she still stays ready at all times. I have used distilled water to keep corrosion at a minimum this was just my idea. I empty the dirty side often to keep smell good, and always suck up a clean bowl of water after each use to get the nasty out of the hose. This has been a awesome product that I’d replace in a heartbeat even if it stopped working now.

> 3 dayGreat working machine. It came with two bottles of cleaning soap that I didn’t know was included. That was a nice surprise. They were both 8oz bottles, one of MAX Clean +Protect and one Deep Clean an antibacterial.

> 3 dayI had the Hoover Clean Slate, it stopped working so I decided to try the BISSELL. This is leaps and bounds better. It’s removed stains from when my 130lb Akita got sick on a white carpet, I thought it would never be clean and stain free again, I was wrong! It took a few goes but it’s gone gone!

> 3 dayMom of 4 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats. I have this super comfy recliner, charcoal grey (hides the dirt), and is the favorite spot for everyone in the family to sit. This chair weathered a pandemic, with everyone working and learning from home; it was not unusual for me to find 2 children squished into the chair, in their school meetings, with a cat perched behind them. I finally pulled out my Bissell yesterday, when the cat (Princess Dwayne Johnson) vomited while perched on the back of the chair, all over it and me. I was easily showered and my clothes were easily laundered. But the chair... I was skeptical about whether the Bissell could handle the job. But the cat barf came up with ease. As did YEARS of dirt and dander that I didnt realize was there. Ive seen toilet water that looked cleaner than my dirty tank did after The Little Bissell That Could was finished. So gross. Im sparing you all the photo, lest you call the authorities. When I say this thing sucks, I say that in a complimentary way. It sucks ALL the dirt and dander, even the stuff thats embedded and ground into upholstery. Deep cleaning is clearly its jam. Which is why Ill be spending the week after Christmas grossing myself out by cleaning everything else I can get my hands on...rugs, my other living room chair, the couch. Someday, my children will be grown, the pets will have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and my house will be clean. In the meantime, Bob (my Bissell) and I will be BFFs with constant intervention on soft surfaces. May the Gross be with us.

> 3 dayThis product is amazing! I just got it today and started using immediately. I did, however loose suction a couple of times and I just turned it off then back on again. It cleaned up old pet stains that I have literally tried everything to remove.
