Did not heat up the water at all

It doesnt clean well. I was trying it out on my area rug. Not good. I will return it.

Advertised as heated extractor. Ive used it for a month now and I have yet to see ( or feel) any warmth. It doesnt suction strong enough and it leaks extraction out while in use so its very awkward to deal with. I wouldnt recommend this piece of equipment to anyone. Bissell and Amazon ought to be ashamed of themselves for ripping a hard working man like myself off.

Used to clean white carpet stair runner for the first time after installation. Moderate dirt/stains from shoes on carpet and this carpet cleaner removed little from stains even with pre treatment and second cleaning a week later. Very disappointing!

I generally like Bissell products so I specifically researched a cleaner for my outdoor cushions from this company. The reviews were generally good. The one I received was packaged well, arrived on time but just didnt do the job. The end attachment was small and flimsy. The suction power was very weak. The unit did not clean well and was a lot of work. I had to go over and over each cushion so many times I felt like I had cleaned 100 seat cushions not just 8 of them. Unfortunately, I am not able to return it because I was away when it arrived, took too long to try it and missed the return window. My loss.

Like it very much for touch up in house and car.

PSA: Target sells this same appliance for 100 dollars less. This worked great for cleaning the seats on my car. Seats looked, smelled, and felt clean but it took a minute to figure out how to use. The pet formula included dried kind of sticky so I redid it with the Bissel pro max clean and refresh. I would suggest to do one area at a time. Ex: spray the bottom part of the seat then gently scrub it for a minute and then go over it with the extractor. This does take a while but its the most effective method.

I bought this for a dog stain that I couldnt get clean no matter what I used. This was awesome! It took ALL the stain out, youd never even know it was there. Im glad I made the investment.

Loved the reviews and how this product performed. Cleaned the dirtiest stains of my car carpet. 10/10 prefer if you need to deep clean your rugs.
