Bissell Pawsitively Clean Pro Pet Stain and Odor Eliminator Instant Clean worked very well for meeting my needs and the reason for giving this product a try. We have an aging dog and she is having problems with incontinence periodically. This stain and odor eliminator has definitely met my expectations and needs. While I’m not sure if this product is intended or safe for hard wood or tile floors, I have used it on these surfaces as well as carpet and have not noticed any discoloration or damage to my floors. Use on the carpet was very easy and results are fast. A repeat treatment was necessary for blood however. The scent is very pleasant and I also appreciate the spray features on the nozzle, a stream or spray depending on what kind of clean up is needed. As we are using this product for an other dog, not a puppy for house breaking, I cannot say whether it is helping with preventing repeat accidents in the same place - a deterrent. As far as value, $15 may seem a bit high, however, this bottle (32oz) is decent size and the amount required to clean up is not too significant. I would imagine it would last quite some time unless you are cleaning up after more than one pet several times a day. Overall, a great product that did what it said it would for me. If I were to ever need to house break a puppy, I would definitely consider getting this product again or as needed.

This is not the best product I have ever used but it is pretty good. As long as the accident is fairly fresh this will erase all trace.

This is the best product I have found for cleaning pet messes from carpeting and upholstery. My only complaint is that at some point this year the spray nozzle changed and it no longer has a stream option which works best for any liquids that seep into carpet fibers. Fortunately, I kept the old spray nozzle and swap it out whenever I get a new bottle. Please bring back the combination spray/stream nozzle and the product will get a 5 star rating from me!

Works really well on carpets on other areas too. If you have a urine smell, it will neutralize the scent to prevent future incidents.

Potty training is a pain. But the dog doesnt go back. It removes all the odor.

This is the best product I have found that really does what it says--which is removes the stain and the odor! It can discolor some carpet, so be careful not to leave it on too long.

Seriously: is there magic in this bottle? Mishaps from cats AND kids... vanish. Has saved a rug and a couch already.
