Black Leather Zipper Case for Missals, Liturgy of the Hours and Prayer Books

It fits my missal but the zipper should go the opposite direction (top down) so your book’s ribbons can hang thru the bottom if you choose. Since the zipper starts from the bottom, I have to tuck all the ribbons in when I zip it closed.

I used this for my Christian Prayer book and it fits just right!...Does not crowd my book and is very easy to open and close. It has brought MANY nice comments and of course, I tell them where I get it!...Thank you!...Joe

Well made and durable. Thickest book of the 4 volume set fits in easily. Have to push the ribbons in so that they dont get caught in the zipper but no big deal.Has a number for the volume stamped in the spine but you really dont notice it.

I misspoke in my review above. They DID mention the provenance of the zip-cove (this was originally for volumes of the LOTH), so everything is OK, and I am still a happy camper.

Pleather! The newer 1962 Missal by Baronius Press is to big to fit in this case.

I used this for my new St. Joseph Daily Missal. Right now it is a perfect fit, but I know that it is leather and will soften up so that it will still be secure, but not quite as tight.

Very pleased with the missal case. It is almost too small for the size of my Latin/English missal. By not zipping the cover is works fine

A bit large for my 1962 Roman Missal, but I keep a small prayer book inside with it. Together, it zips closely and I bring it with me everywhere-- I mean everywhere. The case itself feels resilient, but mine had a minor defect in the cross on the front. It also says liturgy of the hours on the spine, but, because I bought this to keep my beloved Missal safe, I personally cannot care less. Admittedly, I plan to purchase a bound printing of the second edition of the Liturgy of the Hours when it comes out, so if my breviaries fit this case I will likely replace this item as my Missal case.

This item is almost perfect: fits my breviary well, no problem with ribbons, good strong zipper. I dont think its leather (which may make it more resistant to moisture) and I dont like the shiny surface, but in all other ways: just great. Service was fast and it was well packed.
