    Greater than one week

Comes well packaged. Has film facing both sides. Color is exactly what I expected.

I ordered these acrylic sheets to cut down for small shelves in a custom niche in my home office that will hold small glass items and keepsakes. The niche is recessed into the wall, 8” wide/deep, and 60” tall. A smart light at the top shines down with color-changing effects, so I wanted the shelves to be clear. I chose these 1/5-inch-thick xTool acrylic sheets to ensure that they would not sag under the weight of small keepsakes. I ordered a 2-pack that arrived securely packaged and exactly as described. Each sheet measures 12” x 12”. The 1/5-inch thickness is heftier than I expected and akin to a 1/4” piece of heavy-duty glass, except it’s lighter than glass and doesn’t break. Each sheet is protected on both sides by a semi-opaque plastic film that peels off easily. Once the acrylic surface is exposed, it is crystal clear and blemish-free. When I cut the sheets down, I used a jigsaw. I left the protective film on while cutting so I would not scratch the surface, and I applied a 2-inch-wide strip of masking tape along the cutlines for more protection. These sheets are high-quality acrylic—crystal clear and quite substantial. I was impressed by the quality, and the price isn’t bad considering that all acrylic products have become pricier lately. I am happy with this purchase and will buy this product again if I undertake similar projects in the future.

I ordered this to use for multiple purposes one being with a cricut maker. The thickness works well since the cricut has its limits, but against my laser I would go thicker. You can compare the 1/25 to shrinky dink film. The price is not over the top where ill be using it for engraving practice.

Like the other XTool acrylic Ive ordered, this came well-packaged (cardboard, bubble wrap inside) and all of the pieces were flat and chip-free. It cuts well. Not sure if I like the etching on black - doesnt really stand out - but this is a problem with all colored acrylic. Unlike the clear that I ordered (which had plastic film on one side, paper on the other), these had plastic film on both sides. I prefer paper, since its one less layer of plastic to melt and I find it easier to remove after cutting, but this is a minor problem. I used it to make some control panels - the holes and slots cut perfectly for switches, lights, etc. The etched labels didnt work so well - Ill have to figure out something else there. One advantage over cheap acrylic is that the odor is significantly less - I can actually open the compartment a minute after cutting without feeling like I was going to get knocked out. All in all, perfect for laser cutting on my K40 - Ill upload photos of etching after I get some results that I like.

So, Ive used a few different XTool materials on my Xtool D1 Pro and this one is high quality just like the other ones that they make. The sheets are packed well, come paper covered to protect them from damage until you cut them and are great. However, many XTool customers probably have their blue light diode lasers and not one of their larger tube lasers. If you have the diode laser, you WILL NOT be able to cut this acrylic, at least not at 10W or lower. I HIGHLY doubt that the 20W can cut this either, but I dont have one to test with. XTool just announced a 40W that maybe could cut this, but again, I have my doubts and no way to test (though it would be great is XTool would do the test and let us all know - or if they want me to do the test just send me a 40W ;D ) The 10W diode WAS able to put a light engrave on the frosted since there is enough interaction to melt the plastic a little bit. I would assume the 20W and 40W would be able to engrave more deeply, but again, I couldnt test it as all I have is the 10W. If youve got a laser rated to cut CLEAR acrylic, you should be able to cut this frosted acrylic. But if your laser says no clear acrylic, this one, despite being frosted, probably isnt going to work either.

For the price I was very surprised at the quality of the acrylic. Easy to lay vinyl on as I used them as table settings. Would love to try in a black as the clear was beautiful.

The are nice acrylic sheets. I have not been able to do anything with them but the color, size and quality is great. Do recommend.

Ordered new to avoid scratches and this. But received someone’s previously failed cut acrylic.

Solid red that is slightly opaque. This is the fourth color that I have gotten from X Tools and all have been spot on. Thickness is the same, colors are solid and it works easily in my muse Titan 75w.
