So the screen that came worked perfectly once I had it installed. However the tools that came with it are very poorly made. The pry tool broke almost immediately. The Phillips screwdriver looked like someone smashed the tip into something metal so the blunt edge didn’t work. Thankfully I had my own tools but had to resort to a knife to pry the case off which left marks. Those marks wouldn’t have been there if the pry tool wasn’t so cheap. It came with no instructions (Not that I was expecting any but just for other to know ahead of time).

I have bought four now, on one hand all four have fully functioned and look really nice also packaging was excellent well padded and quick delivery time. However they will crack first or second drop. Ifvyiu have no problem with taking care of tablet screen lasts quite a while function Wise. But slightest drop and screen will crack..

My old Samsung Tab 3 needed a replacement screen. This screen was a reasonable price and saved me money, on going to a repair store. Although Im not sure if this replacement is as thick as the original glass, I have a feeling its tempered and wont leave slivers in my fingers (if it does break). For that reason alone, Id gladly buy another! I found a tutorial online and eventually got the screen to lift up, which created more cracks. Be sure to wear gloves! The install of the replacement screen was very easy and I would definitely recommend this!

Product was defective. The screen did not recognize when it was being touched. A used screen was finally found to replace the original broken screen and the defective replacement screen from Amazon. This finally confirmed that this product was defective. Do not buy. It is a waste of your time and your money.

My screen cracked after 5 minutes of use

Im very sad cause mine DID NOT WORK at all, and yes it was installed properly and by a professional. Adhesive was very poor it came off on the protective wrap, the technician attempted to remove this product and it cracked because its very thin and poorly made.

Select a different supplier for your screen, first one I ordered cracked and I thought maybe i was too rough but then the second cracked overnight before i even reinstalled the back, Poor quality and no option for them to replace or refund.
