Blackmagic Design Micro Converter BiDirect SDI/HDMI 3G PSU

BlackMagic is great equipment. I use several of their converters. Great little pieces of kit. This one can go either way. I am also pretty certain it can do both ways at the same time, so it really is two-in-one. Just make sure you get the power supply as well.

I use a pair of those to split HDMI signal and run it 100 feet. Works nicely, the longest I used it non stop was about 14 hours, so the product is reliable. Had it for a month now.

Ive replaced I-dont-know-how-many of these. They just go out after a while. Looking for another option.

Excellent and well made sdi/hdmi device. It sends high definition video signal and does not loses connectivity or quality when you use long cables. I would recommend this anytime.

We use this to connect a broadcast quality camera to our computer for use on our Hockey broadcasts on YouTube. It is a reliable converter and very affordable.

Whether you’re converting your 3G SDI to HDMI or the other way around the loop through for each signal is active. This is a big plus if you need to create a local monitor or an use as an additional input. They also make a 12G version for 4K video.
