I got these for me and my boyfriend and we love them! They are the perfect size for a shake. They mix ok themselves with the protein powder but its better if you use a blender first. The lid stays on tight and I havent had any spillage yet, I definitely recommend.

Excellent for use with nutritional power supplements. Shake to mix is perfect. Just fill it with water, add the powder, and shake. If youre like me and just sip here and there, its helpful to simply shake a couple of times to remix the powder thats settled at the bottom.

I have a protein shake for breakfast every morning, and these blender bottles are the best with open mouths for getting in all the ingredients. Theyre easy to hold for shaking and easy to wash too.
