> 3 dayI will update this review if I receive my replacement, and it isnt defective. I received this blender bottle a couple weeks ago, and not only did the cap not screw on completely, but the white part the covers the spout didnt fit the spout! I had to hold it in place and even then, liquid was spilling out. I asked for a replacement, because maybe I received a bad batch. I will update this review with a better one if the replacement works well. Update: I received the replacement blender bottle quickly. It works great this time around! Cap snaps on, and there is no spillage when you shake.

> 3 dayI purchased this product because my previous BlenderBottles lid form Walmart split. This is the 2nd BlenderBottle whose lid has cracked making it useless to me. I think that they should sell replacement lids. Im going to go ahead and chalk up the cracking lids to excessive washing in the dish washer. (high heat mixed with chemicals then cooling off and being wrenched on my bottle too hard) Im going to do a little experiment and not wash this one in the dish washer. If I get another cracked lid in less than six months as happened before this review is going to be downgraded real fast. The lids should not be cracking on these every six months or less. I already threw away the old lids so I cannot provide a picture, but it cracked right where the lid makes an angle to start making a dome shape. When the shaker doesnt have a cracked lid it works great for fine powder and water mixtures. Its terrible for protein powders as they are usually clumpy and the little metal ball really doesnt mix it up well enough. I usually use an electric blender stick to mix protein powder up. Im not going to recommend this to you until its lasted me a year or more. If I update this before then youll know its because it cracked on me again. I do like how these come in a variety of colors.

> 3 dayVery happy with this shaker bottle/cup, especially for the price (I paid $6.99 for the smoke-gray one). The cap to the spout closes with an authoritative snap. The lid screws shut securely. The size is on the small side (the 20 oz. stated size would have to be for liquid filled to the absolute top), but I dont make shakes bigger than 10-12 ounces anyway. Being somewhat smaller has the benefit of making the cup easier to clean, because you dont have to reach too far into it. It also makes the cup compact and ideal for traveling/toting. The shorter depth also makes it easier to spoon out the last of ones shake. :)

Greater than one weekThis is the best brand of shaker bottles Ive ever used. I recently embarked on a shake-only meal replacement diet and invested in a few of these and I could not be happier with my purchases- I even bought a few for my parents! I usually put the water in first to make sure its an accurate amount (there are little ounce markers). The metal ball is really effective, convenient (you can just shake and drink with it still in the bottle) and easy to clean. My biggest issue with these types of bottles is usually that they leak- this one DOES LEAK NOT AT ALL. The top is secure, snaps shut, and theres even a little handle to grab it on the go. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayI cant figure out what people dont like about these. They taste like a chunk of chocolate. Im a YUUUGE chocolate fan, so I dont like waxy chocolate or tasteless chocolate, or not just any chocolate. These protein bars are absolutely fantastic. I dont know what people who give bad reviews are expecting. Maybe you shouldnt have expectations and simply eat one and assess it on its own merit as opposed to comparing it to a 500 calorie brownie your mom, wife, husband, or grandmother makes. Its a protein bar, not a 500 calorie dessert. If you want a dessert, buy that instead. I like these even better than the fitcrunch bars themselves, and they are wonderful as well. I just wanted it on the record these are incredible.

Greater than one weekGreat bottle. Lasted maybe 8 months until the rubber on the lid melted off hiking thru the desert in the Middle East—probably shouldn’t have had it with me there. It later proved its ability to hold liquids as it was used as a vomit bag and was able to contain both liquid and scent before being disposed of entirely! Time for another

> 3 daySometimes the powder gets stuck in the corners. I recommend filling it half with water or whatever your liquid is, and then add your powder/ingredients. If you do that, you get a pretty great mix thats super even and smooth. Its totes worth it, and cheaper than a blender or regular bottle that wont be able to mix as well. Its pretty easy to clean, just use a brush to clean the nooks and crannies of the lid. Side note: I have been able to mix old bananas and ripe avocados. If its pretty mushy, itll handle it fine, though its quite a workout and can be used as a shakeweight replacement as well.

> 3 dayAbsolutely great product. The wire whisk ball is superior for mixing everything evenly. I now no longer taste the un-blended powder residue left by my previous bottle. The only issue I had isn’t really that big of a problem to be honest. By the picture I had anticipated a pebble gray water bottle itself, when in fact it was clear. Like I said, not too big of a problem but that’s the only bad thing I have to say about it.
