These are great for many reasons. Ive been using them for my green drinks in the morning. Very easy to use, especially on the go. Durable and easy to clean. Work just like youd expect them to.

I use a collagen powder in my almond milk and this is a great way to mix it. A blender makes too much noise and always made my mixture foam up. Glad it came in a three pack so I dont have to wash my cup every day.

I recently started a weight loss program with a lot of these powders that need to be mixed into shakes.
