It appears to have the ability to break the window and cut the seatbelt. It is nice to know that there is something in the car to use in case of a problem. I live in a state where there is a lot of water - think this is a good thing to have for an emergency.

> 3 dayI think this is one of those tools that is worth it for the price. I too was looking at cheaper versions of this, but this one stands head and shoulders above the others Ive seen. Its well made, heavy duty, and comes in some fun packaging. It also comes with a strap so you can put it on your visor.
