The product was amazing and it felt good.

I am partial to Lip Medex lip balm so this was an excellent product and a super great deal. If you have chapped lips this is the product to use. Works great if you use it at night right before going to bed. Your lips will wake up silky smooth. I use it religiously when I go skiing and for the NYC winters and it works wonders. Nothing negative to say about this product or the package deal. To use it is to love it.

Of course, I opened one tube to confirm that this was the Real Deal: texture, scent, and the pull-tab in place! Everything was to my satisfactory, once that cooling sensation was rubbed on my lips!! I use this all the time and it has become hard to find. This was a very good deal for multiples. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because it took 21 days to get here. Not sure if that was due to the seller or the delivery service.

I don’t know if it was the cold wind or maybe an allergic reaction to another lip balm I was using, but my lips were stinging, swollen and cracking. I was using my regular eos lip balm all day to try to alleviate the cracking, but it went on for several days with no improvement whatsoever. I ordered this blistex lip medex and just after a day of use my lips were feeling so much better. Take note: do not use more than 3 - 4 times a day. After the first day, my lips started peeling, the swelling had gone down and my lips felt moisturized. On the 4th day, my lips were back to normal! Hooray!!! There is a cooling sensation right after application of this lip balm. I can use this before going to bed and my lips will still be soft and moisturized when I wake up in the morning, but I do feel the need to reapply after eating. This product is a must-have! It will save your lips especially this winter.
