This review is long overdue. My baby is now 3.5 years old and is no longer bathing in it, however, she is still using to sit on the floor when she is playing, eating or just watching an episode of Martha Speaks. I found that this blooming bath was way more convenient for me than using a baby bathtub. The petals on this mat are so well cushioned I never feared my daughter being uncomfortable. I was a very paranoid first-time mommy so bathing her inside the bathtub was out of the question and bathing my precious little one in the sink using this blooming bath mat was the solution. It washes easily in the washer and dries fast in the dryer. I wish I would have gotten this when my baby was a newborn...actually nevermind maybe this is better when your baby is about 3 months and up if youre a first-time mommy like I was playing it safe is something I still practice and your baby will love it!

I loved the idea of this because I had seen them for quite a while and on baby number 3 I decided to give it a go because our other bather was wearing out. My baby really liked the comfort of this in the sink and because our sink didnt have a stopper we just left the water running while using it. My only complaint is that you are suppose to wring it out after each use, I tried to ring it out with my hands and I was never able to get enough water out of it so I resorted to throwing in the washer on the spin cycle and that worked well just to get the water out and then put it in the dryer to dry. It is a hassle taking it to the machine to spin out the water because it is clear on the other end of the house (while trying not to drip water everywhere) and then putting it in the dryer where it takes forever to dry. I love the idea but I probably wouldnt do it again for 40.00 dollars.

I bought this for my grand daughter who lives in New York City. Because she has little room in her condo I needed something small yet practical. This is perfect. I highly recommend. This is soooo cute.

I saw this item and immediately thought of my 18+ year old Pug. He loves baths but because hes an older dog he slips a lot when I bathe him so I have to hold him with one arm and bathe him with the other. I thought Id give this item a try and it worked perfectly. He just loved it. He was so comfortable as he leaned into it while the tap was running over him. It made bathing him so much easier for me as well. I highly recommend this for pets, especially seniors. Its very kind to their old bones.

This is a yes! We bought it to use in our kitchen sink initially for our newborn daughter, and ended up using it in the bathroom sink instead. The petals on the flower curled up in the sink to form the perfect little cocoon around our baby so we could bath her. Then, as she got older we used it flat in the bathtub for her to sit on, since she was still a little unsteady (head protection for a peace of mind although we were always right by her side). Now, we use it to kneel on when we bathe her. When it gets wet, just squeeze it out and get it to the dryer at your convenience. A quick dry cycle, and its ready for its next use! Not to mention, you will get SO many PRECIOUS photo ops of your baby inside of this thing!

After reading tons of reviews and watching YouTube videos of people saying not to buy this I still took a chance and Im glad I did totally worth the money! My baby was premature and this is the best way to bathe a baby so small I tried a baby bath tub and it was too big the hard plastic left marks on my baby and bending over a tub after a c-section was not ideal so I knew I had to find something else. my baby loves this flower its comfortable warm and my baby is totally relaxed when bath time comes! Super soft dries easily when hung up and great quality. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for something to bathe their baby in. Would be a great baby shower gift!

I bought this because my 2 month old hated the other tub thing we had for her. She likes this a lot more! It helps because she can sit up more easily and isnt falling over the whole time. She can also use it as a toy when she outgrows it. UPDATE: Ive been using this for a few weeks now, and Ive noticed that it absorbs A TON of water. Even after wringing it out as best I can, it will still drip a bunch of water. This makes it difficult for it to get totally dry after using. Ive hung it up to dry (theres a handle on the bottom for hanging), but it takes so long to dry out that it started smelling like mildew (after 2 uses). Ive washed and dried it a couple times too, but it still kinda smells weird. I recommend washing and/or drying it in the dryer after each use.

This is a cool product, although Im not sure that Id want one if I had a more convenient place to bathe baby. The tub I have to use is difficult to bend over into to bathe a baby, and I was having a surgery I knew would not allow me to do that for some time. So I got this to use in the kitchen sink & it was a breeze. You do have to take it right out of sink & put in the washer (hang dry), so thats an extra you dont have to do with a tub, but again, worked great for my situation. I used from about 6 mo-9 mo. It would work great starting much smaller though, and Id say you could for sure use it until about when I did (9 mo). (Not sure if it says for newborns, but Id think it would be great.) Overall, pretty cool invention & helped me out a lot.

This is my gift for every baby shower I go to. I had one for each of my babies and it was awesome and convenient. It’s great quality, super thick, incredibly soft and cushioned. Babies don’t feel the hard sink at all because it’s so cushioned and really holds them. I washed it in my machine washer and dryer and it was like new Everytime.
