> 24 hourI has an issue with the zippers on the bag, however the company was very quick to get in touch with me to address the problems. If the bag had elasticated side pockets I would 100% recommend it. The lunch box and pencil case are great quality.

The book bag have been use for about five months now, and they are still holding up strong. No problems at all, no rips or anything and my girls are pretty hard on their book bags. Definitely would recommend it for the look and durability.

> 24 hourI wanted to wait til we had used it for a bit before I put up a review. I am very pleased with this back pack. My daughter broke the zipper on her jansport within a month and this one has been handling her roughness perfectly(2 months in) It has a TON of pockets so we can organize her things and is very comfortable to wear when loaded down. The lunch box isn’t very insulated so I’ve tossed in an extra ice pack but it’s been great otherwise. We’re very happy with.
