Two of the buttons on my controller doesnt work. Ok so I received my replacement controller and its the same problem with it two of the buttons isnt working

The product came in it was nicely packed I am not fond of the lifetime warranty that really is only for three months and it did not come with the little grips that it said it was going to come with. Honestly its kind of cheap. I didnt realize it was actually a knockoff... Hopefully it works

Works perfectly ! We needed a replacement for it as we lost the originals. We don’t play games on it, but mostly just use for Netflix for the spare room tv.

Its not as nice as a factory controller, but it does the job. Joystick sensitivity might not be %100 but its at least %90 if not better. A little top heavy but you get used to that if youre not switching back and forth between this and a factory controller.
