While the hangers are quite sturdy, the mounting hardware is cheap and, in my opinion, should not be used. Anchors/screws at your local hardware store are inexpensive and usually will be of much better quality.

I didn’t have the issues other of the reviews had because mine was installed into wood inside of a closet. I did use my own hardware to avoid issues. One great surprised was at the end of one of racks there are two angled pegs which can holds my V shape and straight bar neatly.

Holds Everything
Hang all of your Resistance Bands and components on the 11 Low and 4 High arms that stick out from the wall. The "Band" Rack will accommodate up to 21 resistance bands. The "Power" Rack holds 6 handles, 4 Ankle Straps, 2 Door Anchors and even a Resistance Bands Curl Bar. Each piece can also hold a workout mat or foam roller.
Heavy Duty Construction
Bodylastics USA Inc Takes pride in developing and launching products that are Heavy Duty, and built to last. This wall rack fits our qualifications. The actual rack halves are constructed with 3mm thick Iron, that"s coated in a durable scratch resistant "orange peel" powder coat finish.
Improved Design
When we were designing this rack we noticed something: the handles weren"t hanging right. They weren"t hanging parallel to the wall. They were actually sticking out from the wall and looked awful. So we went to the drawing board and came up with our unique angled "F" for the handles. Problem solved!
