> 24 hourI am an autistic adult and couldnt consistently brush my teeth because of toothpaste. Ive tried kids flavored ones too and still cant stand it. This one is still texturally a nightmare for me, but I LOVE the flavor. It tastes like an orange sherbet milkshake. I can handle brushing much more often now. My new dentist was also super happy (and suprised!) that I got an N-Ha toothpaste because she said it really is showing to help remineralize teeth in studies, and its not just a health fad.

> 24 hourFor about a year, Boka Ela Mint was always out of stock when it was time to re-up on toothpaste. I ended up getting the ginger flavor, even though I was so-so on it without a basis for comparison. Finally got the Ela Mint, and it is fine, but a little strong. I prefer the Ginger and will order that flavor again when this runs out. I was slightly worried about the erythritol, but that recent study has a shifty methodology. People with those health conditions had elevated levels, but the body produces it and there is no indication that participants consumed it from other sources. I still try to minimize swallowing—it is toothpaste, after all. Edit: The Ela Mint flavor does not contain erythritol. Ginger does, but I stand by my preference.

> 24 hourGame changer! My rashes and breakouts stopped as soon as I started this toothpaste. There’s a lot of toothpaste out there that claim they don’t have SLS in it, but they replace it with some thing just as harsh. This is absolutely a great toothpaste for POD! It tastes very minty like a regular toothpaste, it has the consistency of normal white Colgate, but maybe a little thinner, and doesn’t leave a film. I have noticed my teeth feel almost “squeaky clean“ like when you leave the dentist. Side note and food for thought, check your hair care and skin care products, including sunscreen and mouthwash. If it goes on or in your body, read the label. I think a lot of people forget that SLS is in their shampoo, which then runs down their face when they rinse it out. Also, familiarize yourself with its other names. Labels will sometimes list it as one of its other chemical names like SLES, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium salt, oxyethylene, and so on. It’s found in 90% of body and hair care products. It builds up in hair, damaging it and causing hair loss. It can still be listed as all natural because it’s derived from coconut. Some products to check: Bubble baths Body wash Lotion Shave cream Laundry detergent (it stays in your clothes) Stain remover Carpet cleaner (rubs off carpet onto you) Mascara Foundation Primer Powders Tanners Dish soap Fabric glue Mouthwash Shampoo If it in a round about way touches your body, read the label. Trust me, because I learned the hard way. Since I started eereading labels and being conscious of what I expose my body to, my face and skin has improved drastically!

> 24 hourI love this toothpaste! I love the flavor, it’s a light mostly lemon flavor with a hint of lavender. It’s not over powering. The consistency is that of a gel. It’s not thick, but doesn’t run either. Somewhere in between. I used to have sensitive teeth and couldn’t eat anything cold without being in pain, but now I can bite directly into an ice cream cone and no issues! My teeth also look whiter and my gums even look healthier just from switching to this.

> 24 hourSo far it’s been working well for me after a few months of usage. I don’t know if it’s actually reminderalizing my teeth as I heard glycerin counteracts the effects of the hydroxyapatite but I do feel better about not using SLS and fluoride on a daily basis. Pleasant taste and good consistency. Even my kids love it!

> 24 hourThis is an amazing toothpaste for it not having fluoride. I’ve found that a lot of non fluoride toothpastes either taste weird, don’t foam, don’t clean well at all! This is the first one where it feels like a “regular” toothpaste. The mint flavor is very nice, makes my teeth/mouth feel very clean. Will be purchasing again and again.
