Greater than one weekHaven’t used at the gym yet but have used them and they are nice and convenient. Btw I’m always suspicious ab reviews but just so we are clear, this isn’t a paid one. You get what you pay for. Sound quality isn’t great, doesn’t bother me much but I won’t be using in my free time. Very convenient for gym as you can take one out and hang it over your shoulder, it fits my ear nicely, holds securely
