> 24 hourJust got these bearings about a week ago and i love them. Before i got Reds i had abec 5 greaseballs, they came on my board and did not have removable sheilds which made it a huge pain to clean. And also made them slower due to the fact that dirt would build up inside. The first time i rode these bearings i felt a noticble differnce, and that was before they were even broke in! Now that they are broke in they are great! I am now scared to do some of the hills i could easily do before. The bearings opertate well at high speeds as well as low. I would recomend these bearings to anyone who is looking to go faster, but not spend a bunch a money trying.

> 24 hourThese appear to be fine bearings. The add stated One size fits all. Dont believe it. If you have older skates, the axles on newer skates are a larger diameter than old ones. So.. These bearings are made for 5/16 axles. I just discovered that my old skates (Ca 1962) have 11/32 axles. My bad. But I believed the ad. Therefore I cant say how they wear, roll or anything else. Because theyre so inexpensive, Ill just toss em. Costs more to ship them back than they cost me. So if you/re replacing the bearings on an old pair of skates beware.

> 24 hourI replaced the standard ABEC-5 bearings on my Ripstik with these, and there is a HUGE difference. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. I wasnt sure if these work work with Ripstiks, but they do...PLUS, it has 8 (4 sets), so theyll last me twice as long (I use 2 sets at a time)

> 24 hourIm still fairly new to skateboard equipment but I have four boys who each received their first professional board in the last year. Weve only just stared replacing parts and a big plus for me is being able to easily disassemble and clean these bearing. We keep a spare set on hand so they can change them out as needed and clean them on a rainy day instead of being without a board when they want to use it. I have no idea how pro these are, but they have certainly worked well for us at a reasonable price.
