Bootable USB Stick for macOS X El Capitan 10.11 - Full OS Install, Reinstall, Recovery and Upgrade

Tried many times following the instructions. It did not work. Waste of time and money.

Received usb wrapped in paper with some directions with instructions to watch a video...that was no longer on YouTube. No number or email to contact seller for help
