The product is as described, what brings the whole experience to the next level is the customer support. I was reaching out to them on a Friday night because an error kept popping up while installing. The customer service responded promptly and stayed with me for at least an hour before we were able to get the os installed. Highly recommended! I no longer need to recycle a usable laptop and save me a lot of money!

I was Bringing my old Mac mini ( late 2009 ) back to life and couldnt get beyond OX snow leopard, I Couldnt download it from Apple, or anywhere else, and OX snow leopard kept blocking all attempts to upgrade to El Capitan. I ordered the USB El Capitan from BootUS and initially it would not go thru install without the OX SL blocking it. I had a problem reinstalling OS X El Capitan, and bootus came to my rescue. I’m so glad I found them, and their customer service is superb. When the first usb that was sent to me didn’t help my computer, another was sent out the same day, for free and, they were there to walk me through everything.
