Oh. My. Goodness. These bags are a miracle for litter box cleaning or just scooping out. I even used one for cooked fish scrapings lol and not one odor came out. These bags are GENIUS!!!

*Im updating my original review. They’ve proven useful for either things and so keep smells in. They’re quite durable The picture makes them look a lot bigger than they are. I don’t like how small they are

I love these bags. We have 2 kitties and since using these bags there is no smell in our outdoor garbage can. These bags are solid and work very well.

These are the best bags that Ive seen for cat litter boxes. They completely block the smell, have no holes, and are easy to tie. Its large enough for a litterbox that serves multiple cats. Its also perfect at its function for dog droppings. The price is borderline ridiculous for what it is. You can easily get garbage bags mean for kitchen bags. Theyre similar quality. About a quarter of the price. But I buy these anyways.

I have a great sense of smell. I can usually smell things that others cannot. My first test for this bag was to scoop the box right after one of my cats left a fresh (and very smelly) present for me. I tied off the bag and held it up to my nose, I couldnt smell anything! I have since been scooping my cats boxes and putting the tied-off bags in a trashcan that sits right next to me in my office. No smells occur even after sitting in the can until trash day. The only downside to these bags is the price. I like to clean the boxes as soon as I notice that someone has used them. I have three cats, so I go through these bags fast. The medium size is the best one to get if you like to use a large scooper. Edited to add that my photo shows how well an extra-large scoop fits in the Med-sized bag.

I ordered the medium size and was a little worried about these when I first received them because the opening wasn’t as large as I expected. It would be difficult and messy to try to scoop litter into these by just holding the bag open. I tried to find a container these would fit into and be held securely open, but was having difficulty until I found the perfect solution...a mini compost container! The bag is the perfect size and there is a removable rim to hold the bag securely in place and a lid. The large litter scoop I have also fits perfectly into the container and there is a handle which allows you to hold the container over the litter box to eliminate any mess from scattered litter. These bags work as well as advertised and I will definitely buy them again! I have found them to be very durable and the smell is well contained by the bags. These bags along with the containers I found are the perfect solution for cleaning the litter boxes! What can I say. We have six cats and my wife with a sensitive nose was complaining of the smell of litter with the plastic grocery bags I would carry through the house or the smell coming from my big blue trash container in the garage especially in warmer months. I decided to give these a shot and keep using the others too because grocery bags are free. After a month I have completely switched over to these bags and will no longer use grocery bags. I have no smell when walking through the house with them filled or in my blue can. Also, they work so well that I can leave a partially filled one inside the house until I’m ready to fill it and throw out. I use Breeze litter boxes, pads and pellets and the medium size bag works great. I sure wish you could buy a multipack and get a discount because going from free to another costly item was not what I wanted to do, but these work so well that I’m never going back to the old way. My only complaint is pulling them out of the box and only getting one doesn’t work too well, but this is a very minor issue. This is a fantastic product that I highly recommend if cat waste smell is a problem for you.

Now these bags are literally amazing. I know it says for cats but we use them for our dog also. Let me tell you something, you can throw these in your kitchen garbage can after you’ve collected the waste, and you will smell absolutely nothing. All that is collected throughout the week from 4 cats and 1 dog, leaves absolutely no smell in the garbage can’s whatsoever. Just amazing! My wife cleans out 3 litter boxes two times a day. (2 inside and one outside). She uses 1 bag each time and then tosses them in either the kitchen garbage can or the garage can in the garage depending on time. Strong, good size opening for scooper and won’t create a problem if extra litter gets in there. The reason I’m thrilled is because my wife found 4 kittens outside that were only a week or two old. She brought them in and 10 months later, they really have alerted us to some smell saving ideas...if you know what I mean. Luckily we came across these amazing bags. I’m thinking our neighbors walking by on trash day appreciate that we found these amazing cat bags also!? We spent the better part of 9 months trying different bags from grocery store bags to other cat bag brands. All of them left horrifying stench smells in the garbage cans. At one point I was having to keep both our garbage cans outside the garage because they stunk so bad. We would have to leave our trash cans outside all day with the lids off after trash pick up. HOA got upset because they were on the side of the house. Now, because of these bags, we keep them back in the garage. Without hesitation, we highly recommend these bags.
