The eye strain was less and it was easier to wind down for the evening if I wore these and took my normal breaks. My only downside is they hurt my nose, but that’s probably more me than anything (like I said, wayyyy to much screen time)

Greater than one week1. My order arrived in a very organized box. 2. The box was surprising. I received 6 unexpected gifts with my order: The storage box to hold my glasses, a blue light flashlight to test the strength of the glasses, a card to help test the strength of the glasses, a keychain with a tool that can tighten the glasses, a cloth to clean the glasses and a carry pouch for the glasses to hold the glasses that are in use or hold the other pair of prescription glasses that are not being used. 3. I think the seller really cares about the customers! 4. I used the blue light flashlight and card to test a pair of blue light glasses and found that the other glasses that I have already are just glass with no protection at all! 5. This was a smart purchase, and I was not disappointed at all. I got way more than my moneys worth.
