One of the cable stopped working after 7 months (including 4 months of RV storage). All the time in Baja California with 0 rain. Edit: Seller contacted me and offered me a full refund. Great service! I will order again with this seller. Edit2: I reordered the cable and I received a cable with a bad connector. Seller offers great customer support but products have quality problems. Thats it for me, I wont order with this seller anymore.

These arrived the other day and I havent gotten all my solar stuff yet but when I do Im sure Ill be pleased. As a matter of fact my 2 100 watt solar panels came in today so Im a bit closer.

When installing this connector remember to use the dielectric grease on your connections. The oring seals keep out the water and the grease will keep oxidation down at the metal to metal connections. Perfect fit-up with these Y-cable adapters.

I didnt give it the five stars, because I believe this cable should have the color code for it like RED for positive connection and Black for the negative connection. Other than that, it should be 4 or higher.

Overall, this product worked well. The only issue I have had is I connected it, but then needed to disconnect it. When this happened, it was SUPER hard to undo. Which could be a good or bad thing. For the most part, it was overall a great product for the price.

Very easy to use. We ordered them to have an extra set to connect generator to the solar panels for camping.

Unfortunately, the most important thing to do with this brand is make sure the female plug ends are not installed crooked! I had to send one back for replacement because it was defective. I couldnt plug it in without having to reach in and grab the pins with pliars to try to fix it mylsef. Instead I sent it back for replacement. The second pair I got still had slight alignment problems however a slight wiggle of the other pin male end got it to take the pin and connect with the opposing end. Check yours to make sure one plugs into the other when you get them. if not request a replacement. Second time was the charm. As they were good enough.
