94 Chevy K3500 Amazon said it fit my year make and model and the screw holes lined up BUT..... The hole in the motor housing where the rubber hose goes into is blocked by the motor parts itself so it didnt fit in there at all. The fins were flimsy so when I tried to Jimmy the fan in the housing it broke and I tried ganster glueing it back together anyway because it was such a small crack. It was totally my bad installation by trying to press in the motor fan at an angle but the one I had to purchase after this at OReillys had thicker plastic fins so it wouldnt flex at all so I had to take the dash apart a little to get clearance for the new one. Needless to say it came quick but due to the hole being blocked for the rubber hose and the flimsy fins(even though it was my fault for trying to flex them) I would really recommend going to a local Auto Parts store for this plus lifetime warranty at OReillys.
