> 24 hourI originally purchased this keyboard for a friend but I ended up keeping it for myself! Very nice sound when pressing the keys; I got the yellow switches, not too loud but not too soft. My old keyboard had been a low profile Corsair keyboard with cherry switches but it took up half of my desk! Compared to the size of my old keyboard this one gives you lots of space on your desk without sacrificing comfort. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cute, comfortable, quiet, and compact keyboard!

> 24 hourThis 96 format keyboard is a very nice jump on point for people who want to get involved and learn the ins and outs of a mech keyboard with hot swap. Since most people just getting started into mechanical keyboards might want to continue to keep their numpad, this is a good way to jump into it without losing it. Key Caps:) Double-shot: These are double shot all the way down to the bottoms of the keys, though its a very fine layer for each side, its truly a double-shot. The colors are an interesting combination, though I am not really liking the combination with turquoise on this board, but its decent, maybe a dark grey might have worked a bit better. Also on the bottom of the caps, they seem to have a bit of plastic when they were broken out of the molds still on them. Switches:) Gateron Yellows: These are your basic gamer yellows, for decent quick gameplay, though maybe not the best sounding as far as I have had. But they are great none the less for this type of board in general. Bottom line, this board is easy to break down and upgrade, I did enjoy the format as I have never had a 96 key before. I think its a solid keyboard and a great introduction to this addiction. My Modifications: (Switches) Akko Lavender Purple and Cream Yellow (Numpad) (Keycaps) Mizu Clones For now this is my workboard =) Update: I did try out the switches and keycaps before removing them from the keyboard. I had no issue with the keycaps or gataron yellow switches. I changed them out because of personal preference. Also the fact I think a custom keyboard should fit you, once you know what you like.

> 24 hourThe Boyi TK96 is an excellent compact wired/wireless RGB keyboard, in fact is so good that there are barely any negatives to speak of about this one. Naturally, there are a lot of positives to list about this model and as I mentioned a very few negatives, but before that a few quick words about the packing and presentation. I currently have a lot of different mechanical keyboards, but is my first from Boyi and I am impressed by the retail packaging and contents, this model comes in a box that doesnt outline all the key features and important specifications nor does it have any images of the product inside, but it looks and feels very premium. Inside the box, there is the keyboard, a small user manual in English, metal keycaps removal tool, keys removal tool, extra keys in case you need to replace some, and USB-A to USB-C braided cable that is also housing the USB wireless receiver. Positives: - Compact, portable and easy to carry - The small footprint 100 keys size is great, especially if you are working on a smaller desk or if you are planning on traveling with it, it is perfect. - Functionality - the keyboard can be used wired and wireless with a 2.4G wireless receiver, with Bluetooth connection, and wired as well, it can be connected to any computer that has an available USB port or it has Bluetooth connectivity. Personally I prefer using it wired as the latency is great while gaming and I dont need to worry about the battery life. Speaking of battery life, the built-in battery is rated at 3500mah and it can last a long time, even over a month, depending on the usage. - RGB backlight across the whole keyboard keys - There are a lot of different RGB backlight modes that you can cycle from, you can also increase and decrease the speed and the light intensity, and if you are a fan of single color backlights, there is an option for that too, for those that dont like RGB or any light, it can be completely switched off as well. - Detachable, soft USB cable - the included cable is a high quality one, soft and long enough, its length is about 5 feet, but because its detachable, you can always pick up a longer one and replace it. Being soft is great, as you can rout easily around your desk and worry about knocking small objects over or creating resistance. - Inexpensive - for the functionality and options offered, the price tag of under $100 is great, very competitively priced. - Good sticky rubber feet on the bottom, unfortunately the rear ones are not able to be raised up from the desk, but those included rubber feet are preventing the keyboard from sliding on your desk surface. - Physical switch on the bottom corner to turn off and on the wireless mode. - Yellow key switches - This is the first time I have tried a keyboard with yellow ones, but I have to say that they are pretty close to red switches which are my favorite kind of mechanical switches, they are very close to be as silent or responsive as the red ones and provide enough tactile feedback. - Good quality ABS plastic key caps in several colors. - Four different color combinations and bases - Mars Green, Matcha, Marshmallow, Botanical Gardens. Negatives: - The provided cable is a bit short, but that is more nitpicking than actual negative. - A little on the expensive side, but the keyboard is high quality, so it is kind of understandable. - No braided USB cable, and the USB connector is on the left top side of the keyboard and not being able to be routed on both sides or center, but at least it is detachable and can be replaced. Overall, I love this keyboard, It has plenty of functionality, good backlight option and comfort.

> 24 hourYo, This Mars keyboard has serious swaggg!!!! Love the backlight, love that it has the OPTION to be wired or bluetooth, as I prefer to use wired always -- because bluetooth is not good for the body. Loving the click-clack with each key press, really gives it that old school typewriter feel. I am happy to have a new keyboard, as I am long overdue and have been using the same one for ten years. Cheers to the next ten years!!

> 24 hourI am very happy with this board! I think it would be a great starting point for people that are getting started in the mechanical keyboard realm. Ill start with the keycaps. They are super smooth, I love the rounded edges. I only wish that the letters were translucent, I work late into the evenings and need to turn a light on to see the keys even with the RGB. But that is not a fault of the caps, simply my preference. The stock switches were surprisingly decent! I got the linear set and had the intention of swapping them out with Durock switches but I ended up keeping the stock switches in my F row and 10 key pad. There is significant spring ping on the stocks, but after some lube they sound lovely. I also filmed all of the switches. There was some key rattling but the films completely eliminated that. Now for the base, I didnt read that there was a foam layer so I had initially intended on doing a foam mod, and I still did but it was probably unnecessary. Taking the base apart was mildly difficult. It took some effort to get all of the pieces back in and aligned nicely. If you arent intending on doing any modifications below switch level, dont stress it. But if you plan on modding the base, mentally prepare for a little puzzle. I struggled to keep the usb-c aligned with the hole in the frame. Eventually I just plugged the usb-c in to hold it in place to screw it back together. Be aware that there are not risers on the bottom to prop it up, I missed that bit in the pictures but all in all, for this price I think its an awesome budget mechanical keyboard. I love the condensed setup without the loss of my precious 10-key.

> 24 hourThe BOYI TK96 90% RGB Hot Swappable Triple Mode Keyboard,2.4Ghz/Bluetooth 5.0/Wired Keyboard N-Key Rollover Custom Compact Gateron Yellow Switch Mechanical Gaming Keyboard(Mars Green OEM Keycap: This is a really nice prebuilt mechanical keyboard. Gateron are among some of my favorite switches and these yellows are very nice linier switches. Also the keycaps feel, sound and look great as well. I prefer shine through caps as I work allot at night, so I will probably change these out for some shine throughs. However these are super nice and feel, sound and look awesome. There is no deck flex and all feels very well made and solid. There is a very, very slight ping at the bottom of the stroke, but otherwise the whole thing feels and sounds great. This leaves a little something for the keyboard moders to do. To be clear this is not really detectable on a solid surface. Overall the sound is very good. The chaise is all ABS on the outside, with a metal plate on the inside. Switches are hot swappable, and the keyboard comes with a keycap and switch puller, as well as 4 extra switches for when you wear out the W,S,A,D. This is a very compelling keyboard for the money, and the software driver is very nice and gives you control over lighting and key sensitivity. You can also control the lighting on the keyboard itself. All the normal lighting modes are present, however even at the slowest speed they move pretty fast. The LEDs are very bright, with very saturated colors and other than the quick speeds they look great. The keyboard base lays flat with no feet for angles. Some will love this, specially those who dont love wrist wrests. For others this will sit a bit low in the back, if you are used to a tall angle. I feel like the base sits at a decent height, however I do prefer a bit more angle, or at least Ive gotten used to more of an angle, but this feels good. Overall I feel like this is a great prebuilt for the money. Great switches, great key caps, a solid deck, and at least some of the normal moding improvements are already done for you. This is a great place to start if you dont want to build from scratch. This comes great right out of the box, and gives you plenty of room to personalize, with different caps and switches should you want. Overall I very much like this prebuilt mechanical keyboard for the money. Well done BOYI, great keyboard.

> 24 hourThis is a super fun keyboard - all the keys that you can swap out are great. It functions really well and has a great feel to it. Its not going to be come my primary keyboard simply because I have one that so far, no other keyboard has been able to beat it out. You cant really go wrong with this one though.

> 24 hourThis keyboard is a double plus. It has a great action and very easy on the eyes. Also, it can be used Bluetooth or wired, which is great when I have a Bluetooth problem. This does happen. It is great to use. I am going to get another one!

> 24 hourLooks absolutely stunning in person. The keyboard has such a nice sound to it. It came packaged nicely, and the product itself feels very solid & high quality. It comes with extra key caps, a keycap puller, and some yellow switches. The instruction manual is great and so if the RGB, but I wish it could light up in a solid color and the RGB clashes with the keyboard aesthetic! Overall, I really like it.

> 24 hourHeavy weight to it. GREAT mechanical keyboard, especially if this is your first one. Typing is super smooth. There are several ways to connect it to your computer too which is a really nice touch! You can connect it via bluetooth, wifi, or with the cord it comes with. The lights are super pretty and this green color is a beautiful peaceful vibe that I am loving! I highly recommend this! it even comes with extra key caps and the key remover tool so if you want to change up the design you totally can. I highly recommend!!
