> 3 dayMy right arrow key died, and I couldn’t fix it by changing switches or anything. The company was SO responsive, like the most responsive of any product I’ve bought here in the last decade. I got a refund super quick, and they were very cool about the whole situation.

> 3 dayThis is a really good keyboard for the price. The bluetooth is not great, but the wireless dongle works just fine. Its even faster in the response when its wired. I do think having the cable on the left of the keyboard (literally on the left surface side) is rather different, but it doesnt bother me since I mainly use it wireless. Havent tried gaming with it because Im not using this keyboard with my PC. Anyway, I lubbed the switches (I got the yellow ones) and they sound amazing! The seller also responds fast and overall I recommend this keyboard.

> 3 dayTook a random gamble and bought this thing instead of ordering an expensive custom keyboard on a site. Was surprised to see how good this thing is, and now it’s my main keyboard for typing and gaming. Fantastic keyboard, you can replace the switches and keycaps easily. Great quality, XDA keycaps are amazing for typing, yellow switches have great feel. Keyboard functions are easy to learn and work great. Loads of lighting effects, even comes with keycap and switch replacers. Absolutely fantastic value, better than most $200 prebuilt keyboard and name brands out there. Ok, enough praise, there are a couple issues. Bluetooth works fine, but the wifi dongle barely worked for me. The battery is really meh, and I recommend just plugging it in. The cable is too short for my setup so I just grabbed a coiled cable and it worked great. I also wish the usb C port was in the back, and not on the left side so it’s not as awkward. Overall it’s a great but for the price. Fun for basic enthusiasts, gamers, and for people who want a pleasant typing experience. I love the customizability. Very much recommend.

Greater than one weekWas great up until the return window closed. Windows key just all of a sudden stopped working, RGB still works though. I mean you get what you pay for!

Greater than one weekThe keyboard still works even if I move the switch to off. The backlighting stays on, and I can still type on it. The connection switch is a little weird too. When I move the switch to 2.4G from USB, the keyboard would connect to Bluetooth. I would have to move it back to Bluetooth, type something on the device the keyboard is connected to, then move it to 2.4G in order for it to work. Other than that, its a solid keyboard. Update The company sent me a brand new keyboard in perfect condition. Probably the best customer service I have experienced.
