Read the directions on how to put this product on because if you do not do it the correct way then it will not work properly. I love this case. My 6 year old son uses it for is ipad and it is very durable especially when he drops it.

Nice case that fits snug the only problem I had was the instructions to take it apart came inside the case but after working on it for few minutes figured out how to open it

A bit bulky and heavy.

The case fit well even with an additional glass screen protector that was on the iPad already. The plastic screen protector that is built in to the case is still clear and easy to use. The case was easy to assemble (harder to disassemble). The offset handle allows for the stand to work in landscape and portrait orientation and is easy to use. The rubber feels durable and does not seem that it will tear easily. I expect to have the case a long time. One issue we found is that it can be difficult to swipe in from the top-right to get to the Control Center. With a little practice we were able to get consistantly. My wife has enabled the AssistiveTouch so she has a floating button on screen that can open the Control Center or invert the screen easily.

my nephew has historically Instantly ruined every single type of case ive gotten him over the years, EXCEPT these braecn ones. i bought their air2 case at first and recently these years, i bought two of the 10.2inch cases for the 8th gen ipad he has now. these cases have lasted such a long time for him specifically; each lasted a year before needing to be replaced, but thats only because my nephew is a menace (said with love) who seems to make it a regular personal challenge to destroy his ipad and related accessories. for a normal person who uses their ipad without throwing it all over the place like my nephew does, this case will definitely last you a long time!! everything is basically as they put it in the pictures and the description, pretty straight forward. the case comes with a sturdy adjustable long strap that you can choose to attach to the case or not, and even a screen wipe. its easy to put together and its got a nice clean design. theres a ROTATABLE stand on the back that you can retract at any time and a thick hand strap on the back if you just wanna hold the ipad in your hands with a more secure grip. if the case needs cleaning, i usually remove the ipad from it and clean the parts of the case separately with gentle soap and lukewarm water. then i usually get out as much liquid as i can with a towel or paper towels and then let it fully air dry just in case. super solid case for the price!!
