Braun 70s Series 7 Pulsonic - 9000 Series Shaver Cassette - Replacement Pack

Had to return a 70S replacement head since it wasnt the quality and performance of the original. Tried to get a replacement and even called Braun but the backorder for the 70S replacement head is very delayed. Just toured Italy for 2 weeks and their Braun repair/replacement parts shops have plenty of 70S replacement in stock. Wondering if the U.S. is the only country were Braun backorder on parts particularly 70S is extreme? Never witnessed as severe an issue as this. Thinking about switching to another electric razor brand like Panasonic Arc 4 or 5.

Really disappointed. I know it is from the factory and it is the replacement for my Braun but honestly, my old one works better. I had the razor for almost 5 years before changing the blades, so maybe the new is just not up to par with the original. I hope it is just a random lemon and the next one will work better...I will try to stick it out for a while as these are not inexpensive...
