Braun ThermoScan Lens Filters for Ear Thermometer, Disposable Covers LF40US01 (40 Count)

Needed new filters for our Braun Ear thermometer (especially with cold/flu season approaching). Went to the local stores looking for them and couldnt believe how much they wanted for just 20 of them! The price I paid on Amazon for 40 was WONDERFUL!!!! I do most of my shopping online (except for groceries), through Amazon. I have yet to find another place that offers most of what we need for cheaper! If I can, I watch the prices til I think theyve dropped enough...but the price for 40 of these lens filters was a STEAL compared to what our local stores and pharmacies are asking for just 20 of them!!! We are a family of 4 living on just one income, I couldnt be happier with the price I paid for these!

This is a good value for the amount in the pack. Convenient to have and easy to use with the compatible thermometer.

They work as advertised. I dont know how accurate they are with the Braun Thermometer I got. I am always below normal temp on everywhere I go with all the temperature checks except with this thermometer. So I dont know that I fully trust this one.

Our Braun thermometer will not function unless a cover is on the tip. These attach easily and are comfortable to use in the ear. I feel they are kinda pricey, especially since they are meant for single use. We went through a phase of constantly checking temperatures due to pandemic induced anxiety so a 40 pack doesnt seem to last long if each tip is tossed in the trash after being used. Personally, I have reused the tips if its being used on the same person. However, they do seem to give an inaccurate reading if the tip is reused more than a few times. If they were cheaper, I probably wouldnt do this, so I guess that would be my only complaint is the cost.

Nothing worse than when you need to take the little ones temp and be out of these, my local Walgreens is always out of them so we stocked up here on Amazon.

Accurate and easy to use, just wish it was illuminated.
