The product itself is fine. The company selling these is fine. People should know, however, that Lysine can have side effects. The following is from Medical News Today: There are reports of an association between lysine supplements and kidney problems, and studies in animals suggest that lysine supplements may increase the risk of gallstones and higher cholesterol. My LDL cholesterol reading in 2021 was 24 points higher than a previous test in 2019 after taking Lysine. There could certainly be other things contributing to the elevation of my LDL level, but as I researched side effects of the new supplements I began since the previous cholesterol test the information on Lysine and cholesterol came up in a search. I will have to stop taking it.

I was deficient apparently I was loosing my hair like chunks I’ve been taking about 4+ bottles my hair is healthier and longer and stronger my skin is nice and Acne free my immune system is stronger my whole family got sick with strep I kept waiting to get sick but It never got to me ! I think it’s a great product thank you !

Definitely easier than those horse pills to swallow. Getting cold sores sucks. I never took the recommended Lysine dose though because I was too scared to swollow the pills. These are smaller and easier. But the one thing Id say is they contain air. So if your like me and put water in your mouth first. There is air in the capsule so it like floats on the water and its hard bc it like floats around for a bit. Other than that its fine but its a bit uncomfortable. Also Im allergic to shellfish and fish and its processed in the same facility so that doesnt make me feel super comfortable.

So far so good. This pill is easy to swallow and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Seems to be working for me. The only issue I have is with the bottle. I feel that it should have a locked cap for child safety instead of twist cap. Very easy for someone to open it up. although children should not be around pills it’s better to be safe than sorry. It’s important to have the correct lock lid so kids are not able to open it under any circumstance. (Still worth the purchase and happy I did) seems to be a great purchase!!

These really work, Ive suffered with cold sores all my life at least 4-5 times a year now maybe 1 a year but very mild gone in 2 days at most. But if you take them as soon as you feel tickling or sore throat or stressed out, a cold sore does not appear. When I start to feel it coming I take like 4-5 a day for 1st 2 days or so and then I can go to 2-3 a day. I have been buying these for the past 4 years and they really do work, my husband takes them also. Best part is that they are easy to swallow and are not too big like the other ones out there. I take them twice a day during winter times since every time I get a sore throat I get a cold sore, but not anymore.

Finally, a calcium pill I can swallow! Just a few days ago, one of my OLD calcium tablets stuck in my throat so completely that I began to pass out. I was afraid for my life and ended up on the floor. I threw those tablets in my compost barrel and searched for something BETTER. They are here today. Not only are they SOFT they are also smaller with just as much calcium as the old horse pills had.

All I can say about this product is LOVE, LOVE AND LOVE!! I’m on my second bottle and I will continue to re-order. Lysine is so important for me as I’m someone who in the past has suffered from cold sores, I’ve had this problem since grade school. As an adult I realized they can be triggered by stress and even if I’m sick. For me personally they’ve helped SO MUCH! I think the key is consistency!! Hope this helps someone else, I take 1 every morning & 1 before bed. :)

I have been taking (2) daily, one in the morning, one at night for more than a year now. On occasion; in the past I have had outbreaks of cold sores as I am infected with (HSV1) and have been as long as I remember. This product is highly effective; my occasional outbreaks have subsided to a rare occurrence. When I feel tingling, I double the dose temporarily. Should I have an outbreak (Visible), I use my prescribed medication to quickly remedy the immediate situation. This product is obviously much safer to consume than my prescribe medication. The added benefits; my skin is much softer and clearer than I could have imagined. I do not experience any side effects. I have not been paid to provide this review. If you experience HSV1 outbreaks, try this product. You may be pleasantly surprised with the results. I know I am.. This an excellent product!
