No timer but other than that very nice

These are perfect. I wanted them to stick in my flowers out on my deck. It comes with batteries installed and even an extra set of batteries for each set of lights and a little screw driver.

These lights are decent. I use them in jars and vases to add lighting and warmth to our home. The wires do tangle easily so that isnt fun but overall, the value is there.

Seems to be a well made product. Inexpensive price. I would prefer it would have a AAA battery instead of the watch style battery however. Really works well!
