These bulbs give a nice amber light. Never are too hot to touch. Most last a long time. We’ve hung strings of them around the top rim of our back porch and across the center. They give adequate lighting and a nice warm feel for sitting outside with friends.

Light is nice and bright. Good price.

Just put about 20 of these in and already 5 are out. They last a few hours at max. Do not buy.

EASY REPAIR OF LIGHT STRING

These lights have a beautiful, festive appearance. They are not too bright, which makes them perfect for patio lighting, and that is the application we use them for. However, the glass that makes up the bulb is impossibly thin, and it is extremely easy to break it when inserting it into a string of light or simply accidentally setting it on a table can shatter them. The glass is quite dangerous too because it is so thin. As long as you’re careful and aware that the bulbs are incredibly fragile you’ll be OK.
