I ordered these bulbs for my outdoor lights. They came beautifully packaged and were easily put into the sockets without issue. I ordered the 2W bulbs which provided a softer glow but still gave off enough light that you could see the area around them. I have only had them for a few days, but I am pleased with how they look.

The cable is heavyweight, and each bulbholder is encased in rubber: theres a hole for a hook or mounting wire on every bulb. Note that this loom has bulbs every 2 feet: many of the competitors are every 3 feet, so you get more bulbs in a 50 foot loom. I prefer the closer spacing.

I purchased these lightbulbs for a 6 bulb Sputnik light for a toy room that is about 10x13 ft. I started out with large antique Edison bulbs, but they were too amber for the room. Next I ordered daylight 4000 white bulbs that turned the playroom into an operating room. I purchased these being a little apprehensive because they are only 20w, but they ended up being PERFECT! The color is a soft white that gives off the perfect brightness for the smaller room. I’m very happy with my purchase. One thing to note is that these bulbs are a little smaller than A standard bulb. I’m sure it’s listed somewhere in the description, but I must have missed it. They are small, but actually look great in a multi bulb fixture.

Bought a set early in 2020. These are in from 17:30 to 21:00 every night. Now in June 2022, and none have failed! In contrast, the plastic ones are on less hours, and I keep having to replace them. They all eventually fill will condensation and crap out. I only use the plastic ones above where folks walk in bare feet, but Im regretting it and will switch to these glass ones.

These bulbs are BRIGHT! We have a small patio with 20 of these bulbs and it’s too much! I removed every other bulb and it’s still almost too bright. If you’re looking for brightness, cool! If you’re looking for something dim and a little more intimate, I’d look for something else. As far as temperature is concerned, I would say these are a little higher than 2700k. I would say it’s about halfway between a warm white and “daylight”. I was hoping for more on the warmer side, but it is what it is. Overall, they seem to be good bulbs. Had a couple break, but that was my own fault. So, I would say if wind is a factor where these are used, I would make sure they are away from walls or the light strand pulled as tight as possible. I would buy them again. Update 5/17/20: They still continue to be great bulbs. They do not like any sort of rough handling. I’ve broke quite a few while restringing. I paired these with a wireless dimmer and I’m pretty dang happy.

Fairly pleased with the LED bulbs. I like the look. Very similar to incandescent bulbs, perhaps just a bit more yellow color. Nice affect when they are dimmed to a low level (using for aesthetic feature not lighting to see with). I purchased a Lutron TTCL-100H-BL Credenza Dimmer to use with these lights in a light string: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004DZONXI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 LED bulbs advertised as dimmable. Dimmer advertised as working with LED lights. My first string had 12 bulbs (2 watt LED) and they would not react with the dimmers slider. They did turn on at a very low level but no change throughout the full movement of the slider. Just as a test, I put a single incandescent 12 watt bulb at the end of string. Voila, worked fine. Later I extended the string to 24 of these LED 2 watt bulbs. Same thing. No reaction to the dimmer slider. Again put a single incandescent bulb at the end of the string and it worked. With the one incandescent, I get full range of dimming of all the LED lights. So all is good (but I wish it would have worked on an all LED bulb string). Dont know whether this issue is with the dimmer or the bulbs, but if you add the single incandescent (I added a small 12 watt bulb) then you get full range of dimming and can set the exact level you want.

I just purchased two Sputnik light fixtures for my kitchen and wasnt exactly sure how bright of a light bulb I needed. I came across these and they are perfect. Each of my fixtures holds eight bulbs so I was concerned about having too bright of a light but with these that is not an issue at all. I definitely recommend for multi light fixtures where you dont want to be blinded or feel like youre sitting under a sun lamp.
