Ok, folks, were talking about a towel holder here, not real high tech... But its a nice towel holder! I like the oval shape of the holder, and expect it to work better than a typical round ring for a standard hand towel. The materials, construction, and finish all appear to be of good quality. I was even surprised that the wall anchors and screws were usable; I expected them to be throw-away items! Some comments on installation... The wall anchors are NOT the type that expand when you drive the screw into them, so do not drill the pilot hole in the wall with an overly large drill bit; the anchor itself needs to bite securely into the drywall. I used a 3/16 bit, and do not recommend one larger than 7/32. Use a hammer to carefully seat them into the wall. I did start to bend one of the anchors when I was hammering it in; I fixed the situation by inserting the provided Allen wrench into the anchor, and then tapping carefully on it to finish seating it (Clever, eh?). Other than that little situation, installation was a breeze. So yes, I do recommend this towel holder for your consideration.

Nice looking farmhouse towel rack next to our kitchen sink for drying hands. Farmhouse genre is unlike the traditional round “bathroom look”. Dark brass matches kitchen fixtures perfectly. Great quality & value. Easy installation.

My old circular towel holder kept coming loose, so I am happy to have this one, which will allow new holes to be drilled in the same space and yet will cover all traces of the old. The metal is cool and very smooth and pleasing to the touch, just as the unusual shape is pleasing to the eye. It also will hold my towel flat and not bunched up. As well, there will be a good space between the towel and the wall to allow faster drying after use. The only things I dont like? It isnt white to match the other fixtures in my bathroom, but oh, well, and Ill have to wait until my SIL can come to install it for me. Or maybe when Im feeling more up to it, I will put it in myself.

This one from Amazon was a lot less than the exact same one from my local orange box box store.

This is a nice wide towel holder! The rubbed bronze has a nice smooth finish and overall this looks and feels like a well made item. The towel bar will only swivel up or down so pay attention to how you hang it, but it swivels smoothly, no rubbing or squeaking. Sadly for me the round wall portion was a tad smaller than my existing holder (that I wanted to replace), and so it will show the rub marks on my wall from the previously (poorly attached) one, so be sure to note the dimensions when deciding to purchase. The only thing I dont care for is the hex tool/screw for tightening. When putting this up against the wall it makes it a bit tedious to tighten (my other towel holder bracket used a tiny screw/driver to hold it, so this is a bit different. I hope I dont lose the tool for it! But it comes with all the hardware needed to hang this. Overall this is very nice! I love that it is wider and can hold a folded hand towel without scrunching it. Very pleased with this!

This item was easy to install and looks great in our bathroom. Great color. No complaints.
