> 24 hourA piece of paper with some instructions like drill bit size would be great. In one review, the guy said to use 15/64. I’m looking at what I have, and I don’t have it. I’d like to go to the hardware store with complete confidence that that’s what I need, but how would I know for sure? I have zero instructions telling me. I only have some reviewer saying that’s what he used. I thought I could find the manufacturer’s instructions here, but, no. Nothing. I have several drill bits, but no 15/64. I guess you guys assume it’s only handymen who put these things up and can eye it know exactly what’s needed, but sometimes it’s people who aren’t very handy, like me, who do the occasional handy work around the house. The actual holder looks nice, but that’s all I can tell you for now. Maybe some day after I’ve figured out how to put it up, I can write a better review.

> 24 hourThe design of the product is well thought out that the mounting screw is a perfect 16 inch stud to stud. Most of the hooks and towel racks are useless because it can only mount to 1 stud and over time the other side eventually fall of the wall. This is a perfect design if you can mount to the stud, the other end is also on the stud, therefore, everything you hand on there will never fall off. I dont know about how strong the grip will be over time but I can tell you the product is well made and solid. I would recommend to anyone looking for this product.

> 24 hourThrow the included hardware away. Its too small and poor design makes it a bad choice. The included anchors resist downward force (think picture or mirror) but will absolutely fail after a few months when youre pulling on them, since theyre the split plastic type. If youre hanging this in drywall find at least one stud and use a 2 screw. Then get (4 if you cant find a stud, but for every stud you dont hit you should use one because youll be pulling handles out of the holder) of the metal screw plate expanding type anchors. I used to install bathroom accessories as a glazier, and theyre top of the line for an item like this. If you do these two things, this will last a lifetime. It grips a handle and doesnt let go until you need it to (hence the anchor choice). It looks great and is stainless as far as I can tell, except the screws. The holding mechanism is secure but easy to use, and its a great size for the average home. Our dustpan doesnt hang quite nicely, but yours may do better.

> 24 hourThe rack itself is great, but the wall anchors are junk - get some of the screw in wall anchors and youll have something you will never have to worry about falling down! I drilled holes and put the wall anchors in, which immediately came loose when I tried to screw the rack to the wall and left a couple nice holes in my wall. Took off a star for junk hardware and no instructions - you have to put the eyelets on the screws, then screw them in if you want to use the covers. I didnt use the 3m adhesive strip, but it seemed like it wouldnt be strong enough to hold the weight of the rack plus the mops.

> 24 hourI hung this up along the wall beside my washing machine to keep my swiffer mop and broom upright and off of the floor. It was easy to install in my drywall with a drill and the wall anchors. Took me about 20-25 minutes. This does not come with a template, so just make sure you use a level when drilling. I’ve been using for a few weeks and haven’t had any issues. I like that it’s made mostly from metal to give it sturdiness and a more sophisticated look. I also love that it’s low profile so it doesn’t stick out so far from the wall. The hooks are an added bonus for a swiffer duster, etc.! I didn’t use the adhesive to install.

> 24 hourThis closet organizer looks great. It is working with the adhesive strip. I was disappointed with the hardware included, the wall anchors were useless and ended up leaving big holes in my wall. I finally resorted to using the 3M adhesive strip included in the box. So far it is working, only in use 1 week. No instructions included, but I recommend purchasing wall anchors and screws from the hardware store and using those to get a good installation.

> 24 hourI finally got our handyman to install this feature for us and I really like it even more than the one I have going down to the basement. The other one works for my steam mop and basement broom. This one has the added improvement of the little hooks. I put my rag bag on one hook, and my bag of bags from the grocery store and even my small umbrella. It holds the broom and swiffer and dust pan up without falling into a corner or to the side of the dryer, and that thrills me! Worth it for the little extras this provides.

> 24 hourI want to be totally honest, I received an email from amazon that I would get a $3 gift card if I gave this product a review, so here I am. My review is completely honest and this product is total quality. We received the item right away and installed it w/o the tape and secured it with screws. I think the adhesive would not work well at all, especially when taking items off. When I pull the broom, etc off, I help it roll off with my fingers so that it will last a long time. We are very happy with this. I attached a photo of the two we put up. I would definitely buy this quality and strong product again.

> 24 hourProduct is oversold and generally delivers ok. So I purchased this and had issues with the drywall anchors and had to use some more sturdy ones I had. Attaching directly to a wall I suggest drywall anchors not the 3m adhesive. Also like everyone else says the screw covers fit very strange just get some from a hardware store. With this being said I had to purchase a few small things to make this product greater.
