    As much as I dislike paying the price for this product, it works great. Ive tried off-brand tapes before but they just dont perform well. With off-brand products, I have to keep reprinting because the print is not complete. I figure the cost is probably the same considering how many times I have to reprint.

    Im not sure what some people are complaining about as these not being genuine Brother P-Touch cartridges. The Brother logo is on the packaging and the cartridges themselves. What more evidence does one need? They pop right into the label maker with no problem.
