the first black cartridge worked fine but the second one i replaced today wont work. Its says its empty and the printer isnt recognizing theres toner. Ive reset everything that i possibly could. I will be ordering the same black toner as i need one now but would like a discount.

I purchased my printer in 2017 and only buy genuine Brother toner. Ive never had any printing issues.

If Ive learned anything is that you get what you pay for. I bought a cheaper toner and it didnt work on my brother printer, thankfully it didt damage the printer like some other owners. The product worked as soon as it was installed. I still believe they could bring the price down some more, specially if you have to buy the other colors as well. Even though the price high the toner is the best way to go it sure beats ink and the many times you have to change it.
