I like the ease of this product and also that it is connected to the machine and how convenient that it automatically is mailed to me when I am at the low point. I never run out of ink thanks to the connection.

Tried the refills with little success. I always have good performance from these cartridges. Will not use the cheaper refills anymore and run the risk of ruining my printer. Price is usually the best here on Amazon.

Brother ink cartridges are easy to use. I have never had a problem using them.

Better than the generic that I use. While the generic is not as good its okay and much cheaper.

Wrong ink the description was incorrect and had the printer model that I have as being compatible, wrong and now I either have to pay 11.99 to ship it back or be SOL. Probably will never order again
