The eye shield that I used for about 2 years was light weight, soft and seemed more flexible. This newer one is heavier, less malleable, but does keep my eyes closed when sleeping. The straps are velcro close and my hair gets tangled in it; however, I do appreciate how easy it is to adjust and fit to my head especially with other types of closures. My eye Dr recommended that I use the shield for my severe dry eyes in conjunction with eye drops. Works great together. She now sees no damage to my eyes. Great product for keeping my eyes closed as I sleep.

I only needed this for one eye. Its great for both, but difficult to use on one eye only.

I ordered this on the advice of my eye Dr. I have dry eye and this compress really helps in the care of my eyes. It heats quickly and stays warm the ten minutes she advised. The strap adjusts for comfort. Very pleased with this product.

My eye dr. recommends I use this daily. I dont, but I should. It is a perfect size to treat my dry eyes. Its easy to use, relatively comfortable, and makes my eyes feel better. You should use a paper towel or something underneath so it doesnt stain and you can wash it less frequently.

Good I guess? I have very dry eyes. The optometrist unofficially said I have Rosacea. They recommended I get one of these to use to open up the pores in my eyelids. Not sure how long I would have to do it for but I have been doing three times a day. It works as advertised.

This little eye mask is amazing. Put it in the microwave for 25 seconds and it comes out nice and warm. Lay it on your eyes for 20 minutes and it feels like dry eye is gone!
