> 24 hourI bought these as a gift for the Mrs. and she was thrilled. The price is very steep, but they do seem to be extremely high quality and shes made some really nice looking doodles and calligraphy/word art with them.

> 24 hourI purchased these because they were finally under $100 but was quite disappointed to open the shipping box to see that they did not arrive with the protecting plastic cover. The box had scratches. The markers looked used. Returned them immediately.

> 24 hourI LOVE these markers for hand lettering! You can get thin upstrokes with really thick downstrokes. They blend amazingly and the colors are SO gorgeous. Thank you!

> 24 hourThese are expensive. But they are like writing with butter. You just fall in love immediately. The package. The pen. The style. The ink. The brush tip. They’re just amazing. I look at the box thinking “I am not worthy” because they are such good quality & my Handlettering is still beginner. They’re lovely. They’re expensive. They’re worth it. And so are you, so add them to your cart!!!!

> 24 hourStarting off, the seller was absolutely awesome to buy from. Item came in quick and none of the markers were dry or damaged so thats a huge relief. Aside from that, my thoughts on Karin markers are that theyre probably one of the best dye-based watercolors out there. Theyre the best brush/marker-based watercolors. Very vibrant and simple to work with. I still prefer Dr. Ph Martins when it comes to dyes but Karins are amazing when it comes to keeping your space clean. All you really need is a water brush and youre good to go. Blending (the key feature) is very good, but its not perfect. Water is the best for this, dont bother with the blending brushes. Some of the greys dont like the idea of blending which Ive noticed some others talk about in review videos. Its also a bit of a race to blend colors quickly cause once it starts drying on your paper, the stroke of the markers will start staying put on the paper and thats just so. annoying. The neon markers are a definite highlight (lol) being that theyre pigment-based but also the range of colors. Its not just the same 5 highlighter colors youd expect. Its a shame you can only get them in this specific 72 pack. My final thoughts: I think these markers are meant more for calligraphy and hand lettering more than dedicated illustration. If youre looking for supplies to add to your traveling case or ones versatile to be used for simple doodles to long term projects, this is an amazing addition to watercolors. I suggest buying either a few open stock colors or a themed pack if you just want to try these out. Theyre amazing, but just not enough for me sadly.
