> 3 dayI dont count calories, as I remain skinny no matter what I eat. For some reason I can taste any sugar replacement and find its taste disgusting… fortunately, Syntha-6 doesnt have any fake sweeteners. It mixes very well in ice cold water and tastes ridiculously delicious. Unflavored protein powders tend to taste like Tide pods, flavored ones gravitate towards Jolly Ranchers mixed with Aspartame and Tide pods… But Syntha-6 brings heavenly joy to my taste buds. And if you mix it with milk instead of water… Hoo boy, youre in for a treat!

> 3 dayI am using it as a meal replacement once per day, and am losing weight. It is delicious, and I just mix it with ice water. I drink it everyday through the work week and off on my days off. I work nights, so when I come home in the morning, I simply mix this in a blender ball cup, drink and wash, then ready for bed. I chose this as the time for using, because this is when I am most hungry, thus most out of control. This kills my hunger, and I want nothing else after. This is a big statement from me, because I can cause some damage when Im hungry. I know there are a lot of meal replacements on the market loaded with all kind of extra vitamins. This is another reason why I like BSN Syntha 6, because I take a very wonderful whole food multi and dont want a meal replacement with cheap synthetic crap that is not good for you, but looks good on paper. The multi vitamin I take is by MegaFood, and you can get it here on Amazon. I am a post menopausal women of 54, and when I say I am losing weight doing what Im doing, dont take that lightly either, other older ladies know exactly what Im talking about. So far I have lost over 15 lbs, and have no doubt I will lose the remaining 15 lbs to reach my goal. I do plan on continue using this protein powder, several times a week after to maintain my weight. I love it, it suits me, and I hope it helps others out there. On a final note, this product does not make me feel weak in anyway, on the contrary, I feel good and strong. I am active at work on my feet for all eight hours, and am not a gym junky by any means. I do take walks on occasion, but not regular or obsessive in any way. Good health, and good luck.

> 3 dayIve tried several different protein powders over the years, but Ive never been able to stomach the taste of any of them with water alone, and only barely with milk. My favorite for a long time was the GNC chocolate whey protein. Folks, everything else is pure gruel compared to Syntha-6. I purchased a 2.91 pound jug of Chocolate Milkshake. I tried it with milk and it was good but really creamy. With trepidation, I tried it with nothing but water... and found that it was DELICIOUS, especially if you add a few ice cubes. Not only is it delicious, it also keeps me full for hours! This stuff is so good, its the first jug of protein powder Ive ever actually FINISHED! I just ordered two more jugs: chocolate, and Vanilla Ice Cream. A few minutes ago I took a scoop of the vanilla in 5 ounces of water... and it tastes exactly like melty vanilla ice cream. It is sooo delicious, perhaps even moreso than the chocolate! It definitely has a sweeter taste -- it was so sweet that I had to check the label to confirm that, yep, it still has only 2 grams of sugar. SO good. I drink this stuff every day. I usually shake up a couple scoops with 10 ounces of water before I leave the house (note: a good shaker bottle is a necessity), and have it along with a piece of fruit for carbs. It keeps me full to the point that I have to remind myself when its time for lunch! I generally drink more on weight-lifting days, and if its near bedtime and I realize my protein intake was low for the day, Ill make a quick shake with one scoop. My muscles have definitely felt fuller since Ive started drinking this regularly, and my strength has gone up, and my body weight has gone down. 100% RECOMMENDED! -- Update, September 2012: I continue to adore this protein powder. My current method of making the drink is mixing two rounded scoops with 10 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, adding a few drops of peppermint extract, a few ice cubes, and shaking it all up in my Blender Bottle (the one with the metal ball that eliminates clumps). It tastes DIVINE, it and at 450 calories it fills me up for hours. At night Ill drink it alone for some protein before I go to bed, and in the morning Ill have it with a piece of fruit. So tasty! Wow!

Greater than one weekThis brand was recommended to me as a combination of weight management and muscle recovery solution. Im no body builder and their encyclopedic knowledge of micro-nutrients is often way more than I need to know. I do resistance training 4x a week and my recovery times were steadily getting longer as I got older, when I discussed this with my local gyms adviser, she recommended this brand to address both my needs as the first line of defense for more reasons than just a protein source. Ive tried protein powders in the past and in brief, they were very unpleasant to consume. This stuff, mixed with some coconut milk, was downright a treat! Though it mixes pretty well with a spoon if youre a little patient, I still recommend a blender, tossing in some ice and cinnamon and its practically a desert. The price is pretty good too, and the brand has a lot of different flavors that if theyre as good as the chocolate, anyone can find their favorite flavor. Looking at the label, some people get put off by the calories and the fat content, but as plenty of research has revealed, low fat is not healthy and calories by themselves are not the measure of a meal. I use this for my breakfast and have plenty of energy throughout the morning till lunch time and consider its nutrition of a far greater quality than anything I could cook up myself, not to mention that this takes me all of 2 minutes to make and thats including the cleaning time of the blender. Results? My recovery time is much faster now, weight creep has been reversed and the quality of my daily nutrition has taken a serious step up, this will stay a staple in my pantry. Even my teenage nephew who is notoriously finicky has taken to using this instead of cereal for breakfast and claims it has prompted him to make more thoughtful lunch selections.

> 3 dayTried a lot of protein powders and this one works well and tastes good. Use it in shakes, smoothies and over yogurt. We also have used it in protein balls and it is good for that too! We will continue to purchase it although the price has gone up almost 50%.

> 3 dayThis is probably the best-tasting protein powder Ive had. Ive tried chocolate and vanilla. Protein powders have definitely evolved a lot since the 90s and early 2000s. Syntha-6 is part of the new generation of protein products that taste great and offer good nutrition. I highly recommend this powder.
