Greater than one weekThis is the first time I have done a craft like this. When I opened it up and saw all the tiny intricate pieces and read some of the directions, I was a little overwhelmed. I started the first ornament and took each step one at a time. This made it a little less overwhelming and I finished my first ornament and it doesnt look too bad. I am ready for ornament #2. See my finished ornament.

> 3 dayEverything you need in kit. Great addition to tree, or make as a Christmas gift

> 3 dayAs you can see by the roll of tape, they are too tiny to cut out. Much less see and add sequins.

Greater than one weekIts like they went out of their way to make these ornaments difficult to make. So many illogical and unnecessary steps. Plus the printed patterns dont actually match the pictures in many cases. I would not make these again nor advise anyone else to send so much time for so little return. PS I am an excellent seamstress. These are just a pain

08-06-2025Very fun and very easy instructions to follow along!!! If youre looking for something to do with little kids, the cut outs are pretty detailed but nothing too bad. Overall a VERY fun project.

> 3 dayMy dog absconded with the candy corn ornament that I completed. I contacted the manufacturer to ask if they could email me a copy of the pieces (the printed diagrams are about 26% bigger than the appliqués.) Plaid Bucilla couldnt have been any LESS helpful. I ended up reducing the pictures on a copier and tracing the lost pieces onto felt that I bought. The entire ordeal was a complete and annoying hassle. Additionally, the felt provided is incredibly cheap, almost transparent in some areas. The last time I purchased a kit was in 1992, and I dont remember the components being so cheaply made. I found that using a light to mid weight fusible interfacing on the felt helped tremendously. My recommendation: dont waste your money. Find some printable appliqués and instructions on the web, or create your own.

> 3 dayYou have to cut out all of the pieces and assemble them yourself. If you’re over whelmed by the sewing, don’t be. I said screw that’s and used a hot glue gun. They came out perfect.
